122. I feel really bad for her but I think Brittney is doing this all to her self. I don't care what situation you are going through but when it involves her children THAT SHOULD BE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH. I understand she is being picked on more for things every mothers does, but since she is in the spotlight and she knows she is being watched, she should be more careful with her choices. As for Daddy, that was out drinking and partying when those babies were younger. I don't think he deserves the kids either. I believe he is only doing this for MONEY since he doesn't have any and also his spousal support runs out next month.PERFECT TIMING K-FED!!!!

124. Stop asking why Brit did not go to court. Has anyone ever heard of depression. Perhaps her actions are consistent with bipolar disorder or one of the many other disorders that cause inappropriate behavior. I am not a fan of hers but I am a mother. Let's stop putting her down, and perhaps making things worse for her. She is just another human being going through a difficult time. GIVE HER A BREAK.

126. If there was ever any doubt that Britney is unstable and an unfit parent ---her not showing
up in court (even though not required -- it would have helped show the judge she was at
least trying to get custody of her boys) speaks loud and clear that she does not care--or
maybe wants Kevin to have full custody so she can continue her life style of partying and
drug use.

Then say "We've learned on Monday, Commissioner Gordon said he would not order the parties to court, but made it clear that it would be a good idea for them to show." Which is it?! 129. Brit we still love you. People need to get a life and let her be. The paps need to quit following her around so maybe she could have a normal life. All you hear is what the news tells you. You don't know if she called the judge and told him she was not going to be there or if her lawyer told her not to come to court. I would be crazy too if I had the cameras in my face (4 cm from my face) all day long. People telling the news people about my every move. This woman just lost her career, husband, kids and now probaby her self esteem. Give her a break.

132. Britney not showing up for court when it involves her children says it all. She is responsible for her own behavior, not the paps. She loves the paps, even going as far as to invite one into the ladies room. If she wanted privacy she should have stayed home and taken care of those two boys.

133. Her self worth is based SOLELY on her exposure as a celebrity. That's all she's ever known since starring as a Mousekateer. Now it's become a sickness to where NOBODY matters to her in her life except being 'accepted' as a celebrity.

She is living in her own world....her own SICK world. She's lost all her appeal and now she just appears pityful. Usually you see that in an old star trying to hang on to her youth and stardom....she's just trying on to her 'self'. She knows no other way to function.

134. people people people......TMZ isn't the only ones snapping away. Sad reality is Brittney is her own worse enemy. She loves the attention. If she would just STAY out of the lime light she'd be better off. She is ewaten all this attention up. Let's face it, she is a has been. Answer this, could she ever really sing ? Answer: NO! I have seen her perform 2 times. Both times she mouthed the words. Yeah she can dance. That's it. Its over for her. She needs to face that fact. Exactly what audience would she even appeal to now ?
