K-Fed Retains Custody -- Brit Gets Visitation

Kevin Federline will retain custody of his children and Britney will get monitored visitation -- this after a court hearing lasting nearly three hours.

There's another hearing on October 26.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both sides presented evidence at today's hearing. He told reporters outside that he and Kevin felt the ruling was "justified."

K-Fed showed up in court. Brit wasn't there. We just got a shot of Spears gassing up her SUV at a Shell gas station in the San Fernando Valley.

166. Funny I’ve read so many different accounts here regarding when/where/how Kevin left Shar. You guys should quit believing the other posters (cause 90% of the time they are misinformed) and go find out the truth. I mean if you really want to deal with fact instead of fiction. Those kids need their grandparents and at least Kevin is willing to allow them to see the boys. Britney was not.

168. Divorce has become a basic function of 'human rights' that the children involved become even more engrained that 'IT'S AN OK THING TO DO' . The the 'INSTUTION OF MARRIAGE' will become just a term in the legal world to say who gets what at the time of divorce KINDA like who gets what when a spouce dies. 8-(

169. Ok iam not saying K-fed is father of the year, however he is stepping up as a father should in a case like this. Think about it he has basically been forced to challenge her. Its clear as day Brit is not taking being a mom serious right now ,and she hasn't for awhile now. I for one cant imagine what in the world would keep her from showing up in court other than she is strung out on some serious drugs!! If K-fed would have just sat by and watch Brit in danger these kids then he would be no better than she is. Brit actually acts as though she dont want her boys,she is doing everything in her power to make sure she dont have to deal with them, very sad ! I just hope K-fed take care of these boys. I really wonder if K-fed is doing this to make Brit clean up her act.

The way she's treated those kids shes probably glad to get them off her hands so she can live her selfish, irresponsible life. She obviously doesn't give two hoots about them. Now the courts need to closely observe KFed.
