317. I am on brittneys side! and yes i am still her fan! Come on people every one makes mistakes why cant she? Plus she is still young and dumb (no offense) but that doesnt mean she is a bad person and doesnt deserve her kids! And the news said that she gave her kids pepsi and tea! WTF? every one , alot of moms and dads give their babies pepsi and soda etc. now, okay? i can understand if they couldnt walk yet,but they can run for crying out loud!!!!!!!! all this bull crap on TMZ is what is making every one hate her,because all this is basically fake! and brittney has a lot of stuff going on in her life right now,she will soon settle down,just give the poor girl an effin break okay? jeezzzz................

320. Judy G, we're not perfect parent's but we do the best we can. Simply following a judge's instructions, a 12 year old can do that. The judge gave her a list of thing's to do, simple thing's, including parenting classes which she obviously needs. You guys make up excuses for her like she's two year's old. A two year old doesn't know any better. A 25 year old grown women does. She pursued K-Fed AND asked him to marry her, not the other way around and I'm sure she knew his bank account status. I know he used to party, but not as hard a Britney parties. He straightned hisself up for his kids and made them his priority. She pretty much gave the kids to him. Celebrities being hounded by paparazzi didn't just start with her either. Plenty of other celeb's who are mom's are also hounded, and don't carry themselve's in the manner that she does.

He Should Not Get The Kids, He Just Wants Them to Get More Money , Britney Loves Them, And She Is Just Going Through A Had TIme, All the talk that all she does is party but then, isn't that what Kevin is doing? She is just a young girl with two babies and no one has ever shown her how to be a mom. Remember she has been in show business since she was a little girl and has never even been around young infants. All the girl needs is some parenting help but since her mom has aligned with Federline she has no mom to show her. This girl needs help and friends. Shame on Lynn for letting and assisting Federline in this action. I'm glad you are not my mom.

323. Does anyone ever wonder what upset Britney so badly that she filed for divorce when her Jayden was only 2 months old. kevin was NEVER any where to be found when those boys were just babies. K-Fed only became an interested Dad when he realized he would have a few months of alimony. The courts should give him what most Moms would get for child support then lets see if he wants to play papa bear.
Also how come k-fed feels he needs a whole troop of body guards for himself, but he lets one nanny take out 2 babies alone. Is he NOT afraid that someone could easily kidnap one or both of these babies with just one average nanny caring for both babies. I watched my kids like a hawk.. never mind if Britney's kids are under someone care. You can never know what kind of a maniac is out there lurking. How can K- Fed worry about his own safety but not his young babies.

326. Sadly, all that's happened is Kevin has shown what a "Wonderful" father he is by showing up....where as Britney has shown where her priorities lie....figuring out how to use the CD player.

To those who blame Britney's mother for not being there. As a parent sometimes you HAVE to step back and let your kids make mistakes. By letting Britney learn from her OWN mistakes, her mom is actually doing her a huge favor. She may not see it now, but she will when she grows the heck up.

For those who say Britney is young. BS!! She's 25 YEARS OLD!!! That's way old enough to act like a mature, responsible adult. Because Britney acts like a child is no one's fault besides her own. SHE is responsible for her OWN actions. NO ONE ELSE.

329. I have no sympathy for Britney losing her kids to K-Fed. I gained custody of my child because his mother was a drug user. K-Fed, I am not all that fond of you, but love those kids, it won't be long and before you know it they are grown up.
