32. On Wednesday, ET showed you the picture on the right of ANNA NICOLE SMITH that was being called a so-called "death photo" but we can report that it is in fact an image of the late model goofing around and fully aware that she is being photographed.

The digital time stamp from the camera shows that the above picture on the left, with Anna Nicole looking playfully into the lens, was taken eight seconds before the shot on the right.

Although some Web sites were saying these photos were taken moments after Anna Nicole died, they were actually taken January 12 in the Bahamas in Anna's bedroom.

Anna Nicole's longtime friend HOWARD K. STERN told us that these were just a couple of shots in a series where Anna Nicole was joking around and, while eating her favorite fish sandwich, got tartar sauce on her face.

Virgie is APPROVING of a book that calls her daughter a prostitute as well ALOT more. This book mocks ANS and DWS memory and Dannielynn will have to read this book that 'grandma' approves us.

You didn't protect ANS when she was younger and you are NOT protecting her memory now. DISGRACEFUL and THANK YOU HKS and LB for keeping DannieLynn AWAY from this cycle of neglect, abuse and outright UNFIT grandma.

Anna Nicole's Texas- or Southern-style discipline of 25 to 30 years ago was nothing as compared to the obvious abuse on her psyche, emotions, and physical body during the last five months of her life. Those photos on the other site that were taken between two to six weeks of her death are telling about what most likely was occurring behind the gates of Horizons.

In other photos on the web taken from September until the above timeline, shows her with bruises on the side of her face, arms, and legs. I wondered how they might have occurred and now the picture appears to becoming more clearly focused.

Why does Stern & Co. fear Virgie Arthur?
