16. #11: Gut wrenching? DID YOU TYPE "GUT WRENCHING"??? Gee, one would think that if Britney REALLY wanted to be a mom she would have diligently followed the court's orders? GUT WRENCHING? I don't buy it. I think it's possible that Britney is so far gone, she doesn't even realize what she's losing. I'm not sitting around hoping she fails, but I think her cognitive thinking skills are SLIGHTLY impaired. Her guts haven't wrenched since the last time she drank too much booze.

17. Has anyone stopped to think that maybe she's staying at hotels because she can't bare the thought of going home and seeing her children not there. Imagine if it were you, Your kids taken of you by a money grabbing d**khead, then having to go home and see their empty rooms, and hear how quiet is it without them.

Have some sympathy, i know you americans are all about judging but try and stop and think weather you'd want to go back to an empty house.

I agree with you Tracy...Kevin is a gold digger and all he wants is her money.....and yes they should give her privacy and respect her pain as a mother for loosing her children. She is not the best mother I know, but she needs help and support in order for her to get better.

I bet most tmz reader's lives would hold up GREAT to public scrutiny!

I take of my children. I put them first and foremost in everything.
I have meals on the table for the family.
I keep a good family budget and my pets live at home and not in the car.
I don't drink, I don't drug.
I wear underpants on a daily basis.
Those rules are very easy to follow for 95% of regular, normal people.

Britney is not a normal regular person.
She thinks she is above the law of the land and the laws of human nature and decency. She is sick. (Drugs , chemical imbalance, mental illness. etc)
It is not TMZ or the posters here that are the problem.

You have said SOOO many things I've wanted to say so many times to these people that defend this (and others like her) "person's" lack of privacy from the media. How many other HUGE celebrities are out there that we know so much less about because they take care NOT to live their lives in front of everyone. If Brit doesn't show her face, she's afraid she will be forgotten because her "talent" IS fabricated in studio; she undoubtedly knows that she cannot live off of that forever (or until tomorrow even perhaps - people are catching on) and so she has to keep her name in the tabloids so that the sad supporters of hers will buy her perfumes, whatever else she's hocking for the rent money.

She should be incarcerated in that home, um, house until she faces up to the mess she has made of several lives, not just her own. 27. People.... the reason for the hotels... so she can buy drugs!!! Think about it, she cant have them come to her house. She cant stay in one hotel long enough for people or staff to get suspicious. She may even have dealers checked into the same hotel she is in a day before she gets there. She will not comply with drug testing. She did not get her license for her kids. If that were the case she would have done it when the judge ordered it. She does not want to get pulled over with drugs. That sleazy sam lufti knows how to do it. He is a real good adviser. You know the judge should order everyone who is going to be around the children like nannies, Ali, Sam Lufti anyone with prolonged contact to get drug tested. Her camp would clear out in no time.

If you think people are jealous of Britney Spears then you are one, pathetic piece of trash and must be from her camp. She is the loser of the year. She was given the conditions for keeping her children and she did not comply with one of them. She chose to continue her wreckless partying all night, driving without a California license, not going for parenting classes or drug/alcohol screening. She has now been declared by the court as unfit to continue having her children in her care. What is more pathetic than that? Someone like you, perhaps, defending her!

no need to thank me, I'm just doing my part for truth and honesty and the fight against denial and fakery. I'm way past being tired of our national obsession with fraudulent "heros" and icons like a George W. "commander guy" Bush, a Twitney Spears or whomever.

These over-hyped media fabrications, and the requirement we are supposed to buy into it all, or at least pretend or keep silent about the frauds, are one of the primary elements in destroying our once great nation.

Britney was a fabrication from the get-go. From her days of being a...ahem...ahaha..."virgin"...to now. What an utter fraud and one can tell she knows it's over else why would she court the paparazzi they way she does every day. The facade is completely torn away and has revealed a talentless, immature, self-centered fraud who is quite aware her "15 minutes" are over. That's why she, ever day, goes out for coffee or where ever she has called the paps to be or she knows where they will be. It's the only thing left to her she values, that and partying to keep her from facing reality.

As John Lennon once said of The Beatles and Beatlemania, "the dream is over".
