47. Britney at that terrible, terrible restaurant? Oh sheeesh - it has a reputation for questionable activity since long ago. Moreover, she has a new attorney. Why isn't her attorney intervening to steer her to professional treatment? Why did the California Department of Motor Vehicles (Santa Monica office) issue her a temporary driver's license when she refused to comply with the Commissioner's Order regarding her illegal substance usage? Does someone have to die as the result of her recklessness?

53. Why the repeated pleas from the public for the paps to leave Britney alone?

1. Has she ever asked the paps to leave her alone? No.
2. Does she appear unhappy with the paps when they surround her? No. She's been unhappy, but not because of paps.
3. Has she changed her lifestyle in any way to avoid paps? No. She doesn't have others get Starbucks for her, or take her car to the gas station for her, or run to the drugstore for her.
4. Her only public comment about her behavior in the last year was a written message on her website apologizing...TO THE PAPS...for flipping out with the umbrella.
5. It's reported that she's said "I'd be worried if they stopped following me; it would mean they didn't care about me."

She has no job and has lost her kids, so what else is there to occupy her time until the bars open each night? She's just a wealthy 25-year-old who just drives around, shopping, drinking coffee, hotel hopping despite owning two mansions in town, and smiling for cameras at every opportunity.

If the paps were not following her every move, that actually might be the trigger for her hitting rock bottom. As long as the flashbulbs are popping, she basks in their glow and thinks she's still popular.

56. The police were called to Kevin's home because he doesn't Want the paparazzi around his kids. He has no desire to whore them out to the media just to benefit himself. If he did, we'd be seeing a Lot more pics of Kevin & the Federline boys. I'm not a Britney fan or a Kevin fan, but it does seem that Kevin is trying to protect the kids a lot more than their mom ever did. Don't you Kevin-haters get it? He could have been using those boys the past couple of months incessantly trying to build himself up as Father of the Year. He didn't. He's young, and as such should be able to go out & do things. But I doubt he'll ever put the boys in jeopardy. I hope he finds steady employment, but at least one of them seems to be on the track to growing up. Let's hope the mother gets a clue before it's too late.

60. Since Britney turned over her children to K-Fed on Monday, she has been seen out and about happy as can be. Has she been to see the chidren? Why no pics of that? She is obviously a mentally unstable woman who has totally disconnected herself from reality, yet she continues her downward spiral without even trying to get the needed help. Reports states that she can see the kids every other day yet as much as the paps have been photographing her, there is no mention of her going to see her chidren. I felt sorry for her for a long time but now she just sickens me that she can be so cold and disconnected from reality and her children! Instead of getting her life together, she is gassing up, eating out, going to different hotels nightly and smiling brightly for the ever present cameras that follow her. She should instead be going to any length it takes to gain control of her life not only for her kids sake, but her own. What a sick, vile creature to continue daily without a thought to what is best for the children.
