TMZ caught Gary Busey yesterday in Malibu ... unfortunately, this time around, he had no words of wisdom.
The last time we spotted him, Gary shared some pearls on the devil, the act of giving, and driving the speed limit. Yesterday, we got barely an audible grunt and a friendly "Have a good day."
