In today's episode: What happens when an entertainment news magazine show host and a reality star have to wait for their cars ... at the same time? Hold on to your seats, folks!

Mark McGrath was all smiles on his way out of Koi last night, as was "Hills" star Audrina Patridge. As McGrath waited for his car, he pulled off the classic celebrity move: The pap toss! (That's when one star points out another star in order to deflect attention from themselves).

Once he pointed out Audrina to the photogs, the two posed for a few pics before going their separate ways.
