Judge to Britney: Gimme More (of Your Cash)

Popwreck Britney Spears lost custody of her kids to ex-hubby Kevin Federline earlier this week. And in an added blow, the mama-with-the-drama has been told by an L.A. judge that she must pay for her own parenting counseling and drug testing before she can attempt to reclaim custody of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

In light of her recent court craziness, friends are worried about Brit-Brit's finances. One source told Page Six that, "she is running out of money. Her fragrance didn't do well. She has no cash flow coming in and she's spending money like water." Maybe it was all the Starbucks and fast food?

Vanessa: Do As I Say, Not As I Do

For a girl who got caught with nude pics of herself, "High School Musical" star/Zac Efron arm candy Vanessa Hudgens sure sounds self-righteous. The Disney-fied teen queen had little sympathy for troubled stars Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears and their drama-filled lives. She told Us Weekly, "I honestly think it's stupid. It's easy to stay out of those situations."

About as easy as it is to keep your clothes on.

Clooney's a Bachelor? Pfeiffer's Fault

Is Michelle Pfeiffer the real reason George Clooney's stayed single for so long? Pfeiffer told a British TV interviewer that she has a long-standing bet with two-time "Sexiest Man Alive" that he'll never get married. Clooney, she said, bet her $100,000 that he'd never tie the knot. But Pfeiffer told BBC 1 host Jonathan Ross that she counter-bet Clooney that he would get married.

"I bet him he would get married, and he keeps inflating it from $100 to $100,000," said fabulous Pfeiffer, adding that, "I still think he will ... he's a handsome devil."

61. Britney isn't even close to going broke - and she never will be. Her fans have set her up for life. Anyone who's even the tiniest bit concerned can go to Forbes online & do a search for Britney Spears. Relax. The so-called source isn't even named - for fear of being called a bald-faced liar. Britney has enough money to do as she pleases for the rest of her life. Which is Exactly why we see her behaving the way she does. If I had been given that much money before I turned 25, I can't say I'd have been a lot different. Too much - too soon. It's a typical True Hollywood Story. Build 'em up - tear 'em down - toss 'em out.

62. Britney proposed to Kevin TWICE before he finally said yes. Britney bought her own ring & showered expensive gifts on Kevin. Britney chose to have 2 babies with Kevin. When Britney chose to divorce Kevin, he Did Not beg her to change her mind. And he could have gotten a lot more money by making up with her. He never once publicly apologized or asked her to take him back. All he ever said was Give me my kids, bitch. I think Britney thought Kevin was going to beg. He didn't. And she went crazy. You can't front a guy out by putting cameras on him when he receives your text message about divorce & expect him to behave any differently.
*
But this is important, Britney fans. Reported by witnesses who were present when the Master Settlement Agreement was reached between Britney & Kevin: Britney asked Kevin if he was Sure he wanted to go through with the divorce. He said YES. Britney said she had made a mistake, but she thanked him for her two babies.
*
Now the courts have questioned Britney's fitness. Kevin has put his life on hold & stepped up to the plate. I don't care whether you're a man or a woman. Whoever has primary custody of children deserves child support.

63. TMZ: How could Britney have no money coming in? She's gotta have tons coming in every month for royalties alone. On Court TV yesterday they said that the courts found that she makes $700K a month. If she didn't they wouldn't be talking child support. And I'm sure they gave her a pretty good advance on her new album. According to Court TV, the courts found that KEVIN is the one who has absolutely no money coming in. Check your sources, TMZ! (Btw, I do think she is a totally unfit parent and I wouldn't doubt that she has no savings to speak of since she is a mentally ill drug addict and no doubt spends her money irresponsibly).

64. To #59 KarenHammonds: You're right on that one. I never once saw or heard of Kevin begging Britney to forgive him or take him back. Maybe she did go too far. There are clips of their Chaotic series on you tube, where Britney admits to having to propose to Kevin twice. I think it was an interview they did on the Ellen DeGeneres (sp?) show.

65. Heya, Jack54. Say it the way ya wanna say it, man.

Yeah, as Sandy says, this is just a blog site, so the question should be put to her back, why is she getting so worked up over someone else's post just because that person, you, wanted to make a longer post? Seems to me Sandy needs to relax and let others post the way they wanna post. How hard is that?

Many's the time one just posts a short comment, other times one wants to lay out a few more thoughts. This is a problem?

Sandy and others don't like it, why they reading those excruciating "dissertations" then?

Kinda reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine, I think it was, didn't like some canned or bottled drink because she had to shake the bottle first to mix the beverage. Jerry grabs the bottle and slowly shakes it and says, "oh yeah, this is real hard", or something like that.

Anyways, the point being is that all Sandy had to do once seeing your "dissertation" was to...scroll past it to a much shorter post. As Jerry might say, as he scrolls past long post, oh yeah, that's real hard.

Oh look! I've written a LONG post! Omigosh! Poor, Sandy. This'll probably tax her short attention span something fierce I dare say!

66. #59: I witnessed a part of what you're talking about. I was at the House of Blues a week after K-Fed was there & saw his writing on the wall. All he wanted was his kids. He did not want Britney. Interesting that Christie Brinkley's husband did everything publicly to try to win her back, but K-Fed did nothing. I think he was fed up with her drama.

67. I don't believe it either. The druggie is trying to get out of paying Kevin. She has plenty of money for hotels and drugs. It's more lies from the habitual alcohol and drug abuser who lost her kids by court order.

68. YES SANDY - POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR BRITNEY. AND YOU READ THIS WHERE? OR ARE YOU MERELY ASSUMING IT? AND DON'T YOU THINK BRITNEY'S PEOPLE WOULD HAVE HAD A SOLID COURT CASE WITH THAT? YOU JUST JUMPED ON THE HATE KEVIN BANDWAGON BECAUSE IT WAS THE POPULAR THING TO DO. YOU DON'T KNOW CRAP - AND THAT'S THE TRUTH.

69. This is the end, the very end, result of an illiterate hillbilly, and an ambitious stage mother. What JonBenet Ramsey would have been. These stage mothers pimp out their kids, and this is the end result, Britney and Lindsay, train wrecks from hell.

70. Neither Britney nor Lindsey sassed Vanessa about her pubie pics, and now Vanessa kicks them both while they are down. And so who should be wearing the sash for little miss drama queen?

71. In my opinion, I really don't think Britney wants her children back. I think she is happy by herself.

72. Hey, blink...

my thinking exactly. I became a single father raising two small kids because my ex-wife was not the right parent to raise them. She did want to keep them but I'm glad I sought custody of them. It didn't even get to court as even her own attorney counseled her against going to court (I won't go into the issues here).

I never thought of my gaining custody as a "win". Nobody "wins" in these types of things. But it was the right thing to do for the kids.

As for Britney, my take on her having children was she wanted to present to the world that she was all grown up and "had it all". I doubt that she thought in a reality-based manner of the real human beings she was involving (Federline, he was just another accessory for her self-image) and her kids(also more accessories).

For Britney Spears, life is all about her ad how she sees herself and what she wants. She is a sociopath, whether by nature or because of her insular life or both. She has absolutely no empathy for others, it's quite plain to see. Others' cares and concerns matter not a bit. Those kids may have two immature parents, but Britney's clearly the worse of the two.

As for Federline, well, millions and millions of women have for so long reaped the rewards of having been married so in these enlightened and equality for all times men should also be able to reap the rewards.

Many a women has cleaned a rich guy out after only being married a short time to the poor sucker. If women want the good things of equality they also got to accept the bad.

Welcome to reality, gals.

By the way, I hardly ever got any child support from my ex as she managed to try her best to keep her money to herself, having others keep it for her or whatever. But that's not why I wanted the kids. They were better off with me by a long shot and I've never regretted my decision.

Just because a female can bear and pop out a kid does not automatically make them a "mother". And, despite the bad PR feminists created over the decades, many a man is a fine father and often times better at parenting than the mother.

One last thing. Despite the feminist rhetoric about fathers being "dead-beat parents", that statistics show otherwise. In reality it is mothers who do not have custody of their children who have the greater numbers of "dead-beat" parents. Why? Because economics and the courts allow them to get away with being dead-beats more than they would a man/father. The courts are set up to maintain the Woman-As-Mother-As-Saint on a pedestal thing. What a tragedy for so many kids as many a mother has been the worst thing for so many of kids down through the ages.

OH NO! I'VE WRITTEN ANOTHER "DISSERTATION" TYPE POST!

Gonna get an "ear full" from Sandy, I guess. Oh well, so sad, too bad.

48. Has anyone stopped to think that maby Britney doesn't want her kids? Everyone keeps on saying things like, "She needs to clean up her act, get off the drugs, do what the Judge says if she is going to get her kids back". Believe it or not, there are a lot of women out there who have kids and then decide they don't want to be a mother. It's hard to understand, but it does happen more often than you think. Maby there is nothing "wrong" with her, maby she just doesn't want custody. That's what I think.

74. Rasputinsliver.......
You had me until you went on the offensive against mothers...........
I respect and applaud you for doing the right thing for your children. Many more men should see you as an example of the role they should play in their childrens lives.

BUT.... please don't ruin that that with a mysoginistic rant about deadbeat moms. Yes they exist, but proportionately low in the percentages of overall children receiving support from noncustodial parents.
So, if there are 100 kids in question, and 10 of them are in the custody of their fathers, and
none of the mothers pay support, and the other 90 kids are in their mothers ' custody. and half of them get support from the fathers, there are still many more kids not being supported by their fathers. Get it?

Please do not let your own situation blind you to facts. You sound like a great dad, there are many of those, lots of lousy ones too...lots of lousy and terrible moms too. No doubt. But please recognize that overall, there are exponentially more men that bail on their kids both in presence and financially...........that is the fact.

75. It's not a "mysoginistic rant".

That's just the facts. You want to disagree with me, fine. you're entitled to.
