As a parent that is..
anyday I can hold up against that judges scrutiny tommorow she did not even show up in court.
she refuses a drug test.This is serious bad stuff... she is doing..
you just do not do if you want yuor kids.why is she ignoring judges orders???
To be selfish and spoiled and does not want anyone controlling her or telling her how to parent.well we all need help sometimes we all need advice but not britney she is so smart she will not listen to anyone...

35. #34 Loving home provided by nannies and body guards makes Kevin a wonderful father?????? Body guards are taking care of the children paid by Britney! Fed X is no where to be found. You do not have a clue where he is!!!! Where is your proof that he is physically involved in taking care of these children! You are making assumptions! Brit was blasted by the media for having nannies take care of the children but it is now a wonderful thing that her ex husband is doing the same thing. Double standards. By the way, who is paying the child support for Shar Jackson? Since Kevin does not have a job or any other source of income, it must be Britney!!! It is really nice of Kevin to have his ex wife pay all 4 chidren's child support! He is such a wonderful father. Yea, right!

38. I really hate posting on TMZ because when someone is down, you people, including most hateful bloggers want to kick her when she is down. It is quite apparent that Brittney is not herself at this time. Unlike us, when she is not feeling up to par or as we expect her to feel she is a "Wacko". She has to endure more than we would even know. I would freak out with photographers up my ass 24-7. Everyone wants to jump her ass constantly. She is this, she is that, well maybe you all "ya'll" ought to walk in her shoes for a while then comment. Yeh, she is wealthy, her privacy is nothing and she was very young when she aquired her wealth. And as far as her putting in an application at a night club bar, maybe, just maybe..... she wanted to be like a normal person.......Leave her alone...... 39. Such a sad situation for Brit and those kids. Sorry, no love or pity for FedEx, especially since he couldn't even be present to pick his kids up. I mean REALLY, sending bodyguards to do it? Regular people have to get along enough to drop off/ pick up their kids and it is much better for the kids to have THEIR PARENTS, not stand-ins help them through such a traumatic time.

Brit had too much, too fast, too soon and is acting out now. I hope she can get herself together for both her own sake and the sake of her kids. Too bad she feels the need for so much attention now, as she really needs some quiet time alone to find herself.

40. I was screwed over by my ex, so I have been anti-man lately. I can usually turn whatever the situation may be around on the man, but I actually have to say K-Fed is the better parent right now. If she was not ready to be a parent, why did she have not one, but two kids?!?!?! I LOVE when my two-year-old gives me kisses!! Too bad Britney is too selfish to admit she needs help so she can have those kisses from her kiddos. They are the sweetest things in the world!

I can not understand why Britneys "fans " are screaming brit is getting a bad deal here.so I have gone onto a law site to find exactly what the order by the judge is and ya know what its not really anything any Good parent out here In america or hollywood...would have any difficulty completing.Look this girl makes 750k a month thats a lot, of money she has not lost this case yet...she had plenty of time to get ADVICE and get her act together Kevin federline petitioned for primary custody on august 9th.These orders were delivered shortly after.
If she was just curiously experimenting with casual drugs after her divorce.she would be fine...because

Kevin Federline has custody of the two boys. Britney Spears is allowed visits every other day, subject to certain conditions. First, a monitor will watch over Britney’s visits with her sons, and the monitor can stop the visits if the monitor decides any behavior or action by Spears endangers the children.

Britney Spears must complete at least three individual counseling sessions by the 10/26/07 hearing.

Britney must undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week. If she fails to show up for a test, it’s assumed to be positive for drugs. Commissioner Gordon has found that Britney engages in “habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol.”

Britney Spears must meet once a week with a “parenting coach” — who will then file reports with the court on how Britney is doing.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline must complete the court’s “Parenting Without Conflict” class.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline cannot drink alcohol or use drugs either in the presence of the kids or within 12 hours before taking charge of the boys.

Firstly bodyguards drove the kids to and from Britney's house..nannies are paid to care for children..it's their job. Where is the proof that he's not doing anything to raise his kids ? This can go both ways. Britney was blasted for an endless revolving door of employees. Kids need stability..the same faces every day. As far as who's paying who Britney paid Kevin a settlement in the divorce..I've heard anywhere from 13-19 million so I don't think Kevin is hurting financially...also as the primary caretaker he is entitled to receive child support. I think that these two boys need peace after the circus they went through living with their mother. That we don't see them in front of the paps should be seen as a good thing. They've had enough of that. They always seemed somewat traumatized in pictures....so I give kudos to Kevin for keeping their family life behind closed doors where it belongs. I don't think this situation is easy on anyone being it Kevin, Britney or their families...but the real victims are Sean and Jayden. No matter who anyone likes (or worships in some cases) the bottom line is what's best for these two young boys. As of right now the best thing for them is their father. Britney can love these boys to the ends of the earth but right now she is so out of control and showing no signs of being able to help herself. It's up to the courts to protect them and this judge should be given credit for not cow-towing to Britney the celebrity and doing what's right to ensure these boys are taken care of.
