Paris No Longer Chummy with Gummi?

He was in the hospital this weekend fighting a multitude of illnesses, including a virus, pneumonia and a staph infection -- but Jason Davis isn't gettin' any love from Paris Hilton.

TMZ just caught Paris and her cute pup leaving Fred Segal after lunching at Mauro Cafe, and asked how her sometimes bud was doing. The only response we got was the cold shoulder!

It is like TMZ is on Paris payroll. Paris flicks her finger and TMZ puts her in the headlines. Nothing harsh or cruel, like we see with Britney, just a tiny little tweak sent Paris' way. And I almost wonder if someone from TMZ is on the phone with Paris saying "Look, don't be mad, we had to be a little mean, else we look like your lapdog."

Well, too late, TMZ already looks like Paris' lapdog.
