In a report filed by registered nurse Joanne Jones and first reported by the St. Petersburg Times, she says that Graziano responds only to a pinch and has a gag reflex, but doesn't respond to touch or sound.

His pupils are fixed and don't respond to light. According to Jones, Graziano's doctor says that his prognosis "remains guarded" and that John, 22, will "most likely spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home." John was also described as "comatose" and "on total life support."

Jones was hired by the Pinellas County court to determine Graziano's condition because his father, Edward Graziano, is seeking an independent guardian for his son.A hearing is set in St. Petersburg for tomorrow morning.

UPDATE: The clerk of the Pinellas County court tells TMZ that prior to the start of the hearing tomorrow morning, Judge Lauren Laughlin will hear arguments on a motion to continue the case until a later date by John's father Edward Graziano.

316. My heart goes out to the parents of this young man. I am sure, that the Hulk feels terrible about this. He appears to be a good man, and loves his children. His mistake is allowing his kids to have everything they want. Nick needs to loose his license, dad needs to stop enabling him. I am personally shocked by Nick's first comments about this accident. Like who cares about Nick. It should have been about his friend, and how sorry he is, not the last sentence. It should have been about not driving like a fool, and how he wished he could take that day back. I am shocked his parents and attorney let such a cold statement go out. Take his license, show that Florida does not treat celebrities better than the average person. He put his best friend in a coffin. Alive or dead, this kid's life is over. Shame on shelfish self centered Nick for not caring. You killed your best friend, that should have been the primary focus of your letter. We will no longer watch your show. We are done.

318. This is very sad. This young man served his country in a war to come home and suffer at the hands of a friend. My thoughts and prayers are with both young men they each have to suffer in their own way. God Bless you John.

319.

I would like to add, niclk is s arrogant, as his old man is. I feel sorrry for graziano. If the hogan's bollea's are taking care of graziano's mom, then I won't comment negativly about hogan.

But It's pretty much cut and dry! Nick hogan drove like a maniac, and his friend suffers.
If graziano unfortunately, gets in worse condition. I think hogan, should pay all medical expenses.
I know if the uinfortunate happens, someone will get sued. And hulkster if you think, Vinnie-Mac-- macmahon, will ever want you wrrestling for WWE. Wrong! you better take your millions and sock it away!

320. Unfortunately, this is what insurance is for - accidents. No teenager thinks these kind of things will happen.....that's why we call them tragic accidents. I think that knowing the fate of his friend should be a tragic sentence for the young Mr. Hogan, and hopefully an appropriate sentence will enforce the reminder such as time served and on top of a jail sentence completing care for a victim of such tragic accidents. No matter, nothing will bring back the vibrant life lost.

321. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WITH PARENTS LIKE THAT. THEY ARE PATHETIC AND THINK THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. NICK RUNS AROUND WITH NO REGARD FOR ANYONE AND BROOKE LOOKS LIKE A WHORE. GREAT JOBS TERRY AND LINDA YOU COULD LEARN SOMETHING FROM GENE SIMMONS AND SHANNON THEY ARE JUST AS RICH IF NOT RICHER AND THEY 2 OF THE GREATEST KIDS. WE NEED TO STOP WATCHING THE SHOW AND MAKING THEM RICHER AND RICHER TO RUIN SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE.

322. This is really sad. I honestly thought Nick knew better than to do something like this. I remember that episode where his father was telling him about driving too fast and even showed him a video of car crashes. The fact that he still didn't learn from that shows how immature and irresponsible. If I was his friend I think I would rather just die. I don't know how Nick can live with this on his heart. I hope Nick is put in jail and has his license suspended for years or a decade or even forever!

323. By now it should be obvious that the only thing that concerns the Bolleas is the Bolleas. They don't care about John, they only care about their precious "reputations". Just another bunch of "famous" nit-wits trying to cover their own a$$e$. I'd LOVE to see a court order them to pay all of John's expenses as long as he lives.

324. First of all my prayers are with that young man and his family. That is no quality of life and it's a shame to see someone so young have their potential taken away. As far as Nick goes, he should be made to perform some duty that makes him remember and acknowledge his friend. He feels guilt I'm sure but as each day passes he will learn to cope with what he has done and it will become easier for him to go about his daily life. He is already talking about his drifting career and that he has found new sponsors to continue. He should have his license revoked until he is 25 like all others in his situation have had happen to them. There was a case of a young man that killed a girl while driving drunk and the court made it mandatory that he write a check for $1 every year on her birthday and mail it to the parents so that he would never forget the years he had taken away from that young lady. I think that this would be a fitting punishment for someone with so little regard for another human life. Yes he is young but this was not his first or second time. He is obviously a young man who is not being held accountable but maybe something like this would make it hit home for at least one day a year. He would be forced to sit and remember that because of him someone is just a memory.

325. As a Military mom, this story hurts to read more than usual. God bless the family of this young man and give them strength. No sense in tearing apart the other kid only because of who he is. This stuff happens every day many times in America. It just isn't only celebs. My dear friend's son was killed Tuesday night in a car wreck. You just NEVER know. Pray for both families. I can about guarantee that Nick will never know a moments peace in his mind the rest of his life. He needs prayers as well not to be lynched. Yes he was wrong - as are MANY other young people in the US EVERY single day. God grant them all Your peace and hold John tightly in Your arms.

327. The Hogan's should be ashamed for how they have handled this, making light of it and saying John was "doing great" and "will be fine". Disgusting. This was a young man's life and because of Nick it is over. I hope Nick is held responsible for this and I hope that the Hogan's show is never seen again!

328. I am surprised the TV media has not been all over this. If Britney Spears had been the driver, we would have been hearing about it for weeks. And with Britney, God forbid, it could involve her children. She has been in many accidents that we have seen and heard about, and I cannot believe any judge would allow her children in the car with her. She has already been photographed with her first child in her lap while she was driving, she was photographed during a hit and run, and twice now, she has hit a "pap." When will it end? When she kills someone or herself. Someone help this girl. Why in the world someone who makes over $700,000 a month does not have a driver, I will never understand. She herself has said "I am a terrible driver."

Now, back to Nick. He participates in "drift racing," and should be able to get his need for speed satisfied while on the track, not on the roadways. He should lose his license, at least for one year- a lesson needs to be taught. I know he is distraught by what happened, and would never wish anything like this, but he should go out and give lectures to teenagers and tell them that even though they think nothing bad will happen to them -bad things do happen, and if you test fate- it is more likely to happen.

God Bless John Graziano, his family and friends. And Nick, STOP showing off- you are not as cool as you thought you were racing down the road. Make something good come out of this tragedy- then you will be cool.

329. Nick will never ever be "cool". His wealthy daddy will get him the best lawyers, he'll get a minimum sentence with little/no jail time, and a revoked drivers license for a couple of years. Punks like this usually end up as washed out, alcoholic, and/or drug addicted wastes of humanity. The smears of that Marines blood will ALWAY be on his hands.

330. Hulk Hogan has to be ashamed to flaunt his spoiled lifestyle and his spoiled children with a Hogan family casualty over their heads. Or is it let the marine eat cake?
