Jonny Says It's Not Fair, Sues Bonaduce

TMZ has learned that "Survivor" reality star Jonny Fairplay has filed suit against Danny Bonaduce, FOX Reality Channel and others for what he calls "an unjustified and surprise assault" at last week's Really Awards.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Fairplay claims that after he was thrown over Danny's shoulders, "Instead of immediately calling an ambulance to care for [Fairplay] or taking other action, the defendants -- the television channel, the producers and the owner of the venue hosting the event -- did nothing."

Fairplay is suing for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and negligent supervision.

Reps for FOX Reality and Bonaduce's people had no comment at this time.

151. Wasn't Fairplay a former wrestler? And this guy doesn't know how to take a fall? Give me a break! Sounds more like he's trying to revive a career that never was by grabbing any kind of attention he can.

153. Johnny is a stupid freak! I feel sorry for any child spawned by him. I hope a judge looks at this and the video, laughs and throws it out of court and makes Johnny pay court costs. I think it's Danny who should be pressing charges of assault...well that would be a big "attempted"...or more like sexual assault. Johnny ran like a girl off the stage and Danny didn't even know he was hurt...he just thought he had hurt feelings!!!!

156. Ok..here is the reality.
Yes Danny went on stage and not as a paid performer. It was the Reality Show awards people! Of course they will let it play out. The REALITY of it was Danny went up and they joked around. Fairplay loves to be the man people love to hate and he has stated this. Danny walked away and was leaving the stage. Had Fairplay allowed him to do this all would have been fine and no lawsuit could have been filed correct?

Now Fairplay calls Danny back. He is now ASKING Danny to be on stage with him. You can not invite someone in your home and then say they broke in. Sorry..cant do it.

Fairplay jumps Danny. Danny bounces him a few times since his arms are pinned at his sides. That normally would tell a man get the hell off of me. Fairplay keeps playing happy monkey bounce so Danny does the only move optional with his arms where they are. He pushes up and tosses him over. Sorry but Fairplay got what he asked for.

He invited Danny up with the sole intention of sexually assaulting him. Fox has no liability in this nor does Danny. Fairplay brought it on himself.

158. I didn't think it was possible for any one person to become more hideous looking than Danny Bonaduce - he is SO butt ugly, it's insane! No one should be permitted to say his name and use the word "humping" in the same sentence.

163. What the hell is wrong with this country?!!? Who cares if Fairplay jumped on him and "humped" him. You aren't seeing the big picture. You think that justifies getting your teeth knocked out and hospitalization? If anything Danny has a severe anger problem and obviously can't keep his composure on television. Danny incited it by jumping on stage unnecessarily and being a jerk to Fairplay during his routine.

Good luck ; hope the kid wins. That was an assault on that boy; and DB is SO out of line here that he thinks he's justified for maiming a kid who was simply playing to the crowd; and don't forget, DANNY was sent out on stage to quell the booing audience. They are BOTH jerks .
