Jonny Says It's Not Fair, Sues Bonaduce

TMZ has learned that "Survivor" reality star Jonny Fairplay has filed suit against Danny Bonaduce, FOX Reality Channel and others for what he calls "an unjustified and surprise assault" at last week's Really Awards.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Fairplay claims that after he was thrown over Danny's shoulders, "Instead of immediately calling an ambulance to care for [Fairplay] or taking other action, the defendants -- the television channel, the producers and the owner of the venue hosting the event -- did nothing."

Fairplay is suing for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and negligent supervision.

Reps for FOX Reality and Bonaduce's people had no comment at this time.

46. Danny looked stoned when he defended himself. When all is said and done Danny did nothing wrong. Johnny was the one who jumped on Danny and Danny just threw him off! I just wish that all of Johnny's teeth would of fell out and his jaw would have to be pemently wired shut!

Isn't this reality TV...and reality TV awards???
Their whole basis for being acknowledged is they are on reality TV.
The award show was unscripted and impromptu.
The reality is...Jump on a man and hump him, that is the reality of what happens.

There is no code of conduct or appropriate way to unlodge a man who has his arms and legs wrapped around you and is publicly thrusting his pelvis on your chest.
Since Danny's arms where at his side, grapping his legs to lift him over his head was a reasonable response to the idiot's moneky hump, (which he may want to consider a new calling card)

He is an idiot and Danny served him a plate of jutice with a side of whoop *ss.

54. Fairplay asked for it. You don't just jump on someone and surprise them like that. I would have done the same thing. This is just a frivilous lawsuit.
