Lindsay Leaves Live-In Rehab, Treatment Continues

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan has checked out of Cirque Lodge, the residential rehab facility she has been in since August, but rehab is still very much a part of her life.

Sources connected to the actress tell us she has moved to a non-residential program to continue her treatment at the Utah facility, which will include drug testing and various meetings with professionals.

We're told Lindsay will be briefly returning to L.A. to undergo a medical and dental procedure. We're also told she'll leave to finish shooting scenes for the upcoming film, "Dare to Love Me," but will then go back to Utah to continue her recovery.

18. I believe that she is only doing this rehab thing to stay out of jail. I hope that she does let this treatment stick but she has to really want to. This was actually forced on her. Jail time pending will do that to anyone.

21. I send wishes but do not go on talk shows and tell everyone how you have changed now. You will only be setting yourself up for failure and hopefully you know this because that is what you were to learn while you were there. If you go for the sympathy and then get paid for it, you will fail miserably. Good Luck.

22. Going to work on a movie already is a bad idea, and she did not stay at the rehab nearly long enough. She will relapse.

24. yeah... great that she is getting treatment.... but she still has her ADDICTIONS....clearly.. like her cigarette smoking.... they couldn't get her to quit cigs there?? She obviously still has ADDICTION ISSUES... Lindsay will be back to her parties, clubs.... sooner than you think.....she may attempt to HIDE her drugs and parties.... but eventually... we'.ll find out.

REHAB.... for Lindsay was A WAY FOR HER TO EVADE THE LAW... WASN'T SHE SUPPOSED TO APPEAR IN COURT AND FACE MULTIPLE CHARGES.... including some serious felony charges??? WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT????

oh, yeah... she's in REHAB.... this rehab stint was a way for her to avoid the LAW...
allot celebs are using the REHAB thing to avoid jail time.....

CELEBRITY JUSTICE.... got cash.... buy your way out of the crime...... spend big bucks checking yourself into a rehab facility....

WHAT HAPPENED TO LINDSAY LOHAN'S CRIMINAL CHARGES??????
AND WHEN IS SHE GOING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THOSE CHARGES???
remember....... way back then..... everyone was speculating that she would do at least ONE YEAR IN JAIL..... if not more time...... WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT???

27. She has already been charged for 2 DD's...the coke charges were dropped. She received 1 day in jail. She got away with it all.

28. She can't stay in rehab forever. Altho I am sure that is where she feels safest.
She has to start living a normal life but come to think of it she has never had a normal life. Best of luck Lindsay!
