Lindsay Leaves Live-In Rehab, Treatment Continues

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan has checked out of Cirque Lodge, the residential rehab facility she has been in since August, but rehab is still very much a part of her life.

Sources connected to the actress tell us she has moved to a non-residential program to continue her treatment at the Utah facility, which will include drug testing and various meetings with professionals.

We're told Lindsay will be briefly returning to L.A. to undergo a medical and dental procedure. We're also told she'll leave to finish shooting scenes for the upcoming film, "Dare to Love Me," but will then go back to Utah to continue her recovery.

31. Good Luck Lindsey. The only opinion I would suggest is family counseling in addition to your own. Your parents need to get along for the sake of the children.

32. I give Lindsay 2 months and 18 days before her next rehab stay.

33. I hope the 90 days was a great learning experience for her. For those that do not know, 90 days in a rehab program is a long and expensive trip. These facilities charge in excess of 25k per month. Insurance only covers 30 days, the remainder was out of her pocket (50k may not sound like allot to some of you thinking she is loaded with cash, but remember, that is 50k she could have spent on some really good drugs, instead, she chose to try to change her life.

. Most people that check into these programs only stay 10 days for detox or 30 days for rehab, 90 is a long time in a rehab facility. I am hoping she is going to sober living house next.

Coming from someone that went to rehab 7 years ago, she has a long and hard road ahead of her, especially with her profession, relapse is a high probability for her if she does not stick with a program that work for HER and not the public. The public has no opinion or right to judge her and if you think you do, go walk in her shoes.

I am not a fan of this young lady, but sure hope she found what she needed in Utah and sticks with it. She is certainly in a position to influence young lives across this country, maybe some of her haters kids even, remember, addiction does not discriminate, it hits all walks of life. so for the haters and naysayers, I only hope you get to experience this 1st hand with a loved one or better yet, a child, then you might get a clue as to what anyone with these types of issues walks through every day.

Keep it up Lindsay!

35. Unlike the dope-twins Brito and Paris (who names their child after a city? Especially one that has dog crap all over the streets?), Lindsay has some degree of talent. Stay sober, Lindsay.

38. This is great to see...I hope it sticks and she can get back to making quality movies. The talent this girl has is nothing to waste. Glad to see that she says that she is kicking the losers to the curb!

39. Everyone deserves a second chance (even though this is at least her third chance). But any more druggie busts or DUIs and she deserves to be dropped faster than a hot rock. Personally I wouldn't work with this prima donna, no talent actress anyhow, what has she done to deserve all the press she gets? Her movies are horrible!

43. From what I've read, Lindsay really seems to be taking this seriously. It's not easy taking a hard look at yourself and the person you've become. I'm sure she was very ashamed of her behavior. The only thing that bothers me is her having a boyfriend from there. They say you need at least a year of sobriety before you start any kind of relationship. I hope this won't be her downfall - good luck Lilo!

45. For God's sake everybody, this rehab was nothing more than a hideout so she wouldn't have to go to jail. Any other average joe would have been hauled off to jail. Don't be fooled this was all just a scam to beat the system. It's all about money and celebrity!
