Nick Nolte Has a Baby -- Huh?!

No, Nick Nolte is not in trouble with the law again. He actually just had a baby! *scratch head*
Nick Nolte and Clytie Lane
Nolte and longtime partner, Clytie Lane welcomed the unnamed baby girl on October 3 in Los Angeles. Talk about under the radar! We didn't even know he had a girlfriend she was pregnant!

The newborn weighed in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces, the actor's rep told the AP.

Nolte, 66 (yes, you read that right), has a son, Brawley, from a previous marriage. This is Lane's first child.

166. It's not fair to the child. I was given away at birth and the couple who took me in were older. Especially my father he was 55! By the time I was 10 he was 60. He was too elderly to dothe things normal Fathers do. By the time I was in my 20's he was suffering with alzhiemers by the time I was 30 her was dead at 83!!!! I was cheated out of having a father and my children were cheated out of a grandparent. It is selfish of them to have a child this late in life. Just because you can dont mean you should!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I am 47 now and my Mother is 83

174. Congrats to the new mom and dad!! I know your little girl will be the light of your life! She'll bring smiles to your faces, and joy to your hearts. She'll love her mom, and adore her daddy! Cly, so what if you're a bit older, you'll give more of yourself to your child then you would have at 20. I personally think you look great! Comfortable in yourself and happy. Nick, you are a super star! You sure haven't retired like most folks do! You continue to work in your career, always topping your past endevors. I know you have your moments in time when the deamons pop up and get in the way, but who doesn't. You certainly manage to brush them aside, and get right back in the race. We share the same birthday, so I think I know you well. My best wishes to you and your family!

176. Well, at least he still has it. My Father was 50 when I was born. I guess the dude needs and wants someone to take care of him when he is much older.

178. Sorry.. just had to add a few more comments... my Dad died when he was 37... I was eight... I remember so many wonderful things with my dad... no one knows when they are going to die. My Dad was 37... Nick could live to be 101, and he would still have more time with his child than I had, although my Dad was only 29 when I was born.... I say that life is a miracle, and we all have to live life to the fullest...

179. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
A kid needs a father for 45 to 5o years? You've got to be kidding! A father would be NICE to have for 45 to 50 years, or longer, but needs? My father-in-law was nearly 21 when my husband was born. He didn't live to see his son turn 40. He's never seen his two youngest grandchildren. My father was 62 when my brother was born. My brother is 35 and my father is still around. He not only saw my brother raised, but he's seen the three children my brother has produced.
