TMZ has learned that Amy Winehouse is set to headline the mtvU Woodie Awards in New York City next month ... unless, of course, she doesn't.
The "Rehab" singer, who recently canceled her North American tour, is up for Woodie of the Year (whatever that is), and sources close to MTV tell us that she'll perform at the November 8 awards at the Roseland Ballroom.
Assuming Amy shows up -- and there's no guarantee -- the show airs November 15 on mtvU and mtvU.com.

48. I think it funny there are so many negative comments about this girl. If you don't like her, why would people go looking at every article and feel the need to bash her every time.
Must be nice to go through your day and do nothing but pick on someone.
I have a crispy 100 bux that says half the people that bash Amy are no better off them selves and are most likely just jealous that she has money to go out and snort 50 lbs of coke a day and they can't afford 50 bux of their own.
