27. Madonna has had quite a bit of plastic surgery, ie: new nose, cheekbones, and face lift. Photos never lie! She's checking out some more facial work to help her aging face.

28. She's not awful for her age but I work with and have friends that look a lot less haggard and stringy that her age and older. What ages her more than anything is that she's still performing the same type of music and show. "Dame Madonna" in her public personna pop-rock madam on stage. Change is good she should try it. She always seems miserable, not happy maybe she'd look younger.
