Michelle Rodriguez Will Be Lost in Jail

UPDATE: Rodriguez's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley tells us that Michelle will serve 180 days in LA County Jail. In addition, Michelle has completed almost three full days of CalTrans cleanup work on the side of the road.

"Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez was just nailed by a judge who sentenced her to at least 120 days in the slammer.

Rodriguez was on probation for a variety of crimes, including DUI and hit and run.

According to court officials, Rodriguez "admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device."

The judge also ordered that Rodriguez is not to be released to "work furlough or electronic monitoring and is not to be granted early release." Rodriguez was also ordered to complete 30 days of CalTrans work -- which means if you're driving in L.A., you might catch an orange vest-wearing Michelle picking up trash on the side of a freeway!

Rodriguez, who appeared in court today, must report to L.A. County jail by December 24, 2007. Merry Xmas!

52. This is so typical of hollywood..Lindsay, Nicole and the gang do as they please with no consequence but when a person not as rich, famous or connected as they does the same - the penalty is enforced.. Everyone should get the same treatment..

54. MMM errr # 58 Kiefer Sutherland just got popped for a month or so in jail and guess what he is WHITE. Quit playing the damn race card. She fooked up end of story and ya know what? This white chick thinks Paris and Lindsay should have gotten a hell of alot more time than what did. Speaking of Nicole Richie didn't even do a whole day and she is HALF Latino.

55. Quit using the stupid name calling, you too, could be in this situation. I just love the way people flaunt their stupidity, as all of us have gone out and had a good time. But, for the grace of God, we somehow escape. As any one of us, could have been charged like this.

56. She made a number of errors:

1) First of all being a native of the Dominican Republic and Porto Rica she should be more careful about staying of the right side of the law than most people. The justice systems sees a foreginer and throws the book at her. Of course the wierd religion with the wierd environment that follows that particulary religon have also something to do with it. People, who leaves this religion acts out, because they were kept in a cage.

2) When a person is challenged when it comes to writing and spelling, this person should ask her lawyer to keep record of the days doing community service. People should accept their limitations.

3) Wearing the bracelet means no bath for the entire time while wearing it. Most products for personal hygiene - soab etc. comes with alcohol in it. Just read the label, so wearing the bracelet means isolation from the society and it should rightfully be so, because people wear the bracelet instead of going to jail.

4) Having received one conviction of DUI means that a person should consider leaving the industry. It is infected with drugs and alcohol and it could not go on without both. The society demands young fresh meat for entertainment, who are not ready emotionally to expose themselves in such a way that the public are satisfied, so they have to drug themselves in order to get the job done. It can not be any other way. Period.

This lady failed on these accounts and now she is rightfully convicted.
