Lawyers for K-Fed and Britney are in the hallway outside the courtroom right now, discussing whether Lynne Spears, Britney's mother, can be appointed by the court as a monitor -- and spend the night with Brit and her children.
We're told Brit has trust issues, and now that she has reconciled with mommy, she wants Lynne to be the one to stay overnight when her sons visit. We hear K-Fed's attorneys are opposed to this.

33. Why would Britney want her kids to stay overnight when she is not even home at night. She has to go party and whore around every night. The girl needs a mental evaluation along with the drug tests. All she really wants is attention from the media and would really break down if the paparazzi ignored her for awhile. All this Britney stuff is beyond ridiculous.

35. Are you kidding me? She can't even get off her self-created pedestal to even show up for court. That to me shows how much she really wants to be with her children. She should be forced to stick with the original decision of the court. You know the people that have the children's best interest at heart and not hers? SHE MAKES ME SICK!

37. I DOUBT THE ATTORNEYS FOR KEVIN WILL AGREE TO THIS. MONITORS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETELY UNBIASED. LYNNE HAS A VESTED INTEREST IN THE OUTCOME. IF MY ATTORNEY AGREED TO THAT, I'D FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY.
I KNEW K-FED SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUSTED LYNNE. SHE'S A SNAKE. AND IF SHE'S SUCH A WONDERFUL MOM, HOW IS IT HER DAUGHTER IS SO MESSED UP? SHE DIDN'T EVEN COME INTO THE PICTURE UNTIL IT BECAME CLEAR THAT BRITNEY MIGHT LOSE CUSTODY PERMANENTLY. SHE'S JUST CHASING THE MONEY TRAIN.
I WOULD TRUST LYNNE ABOUT AS MUCH AS LARRY BIRKHEAD TRUSTED VIRGIE ARTHUR. LYNNE & VIRGIE ARE CUT FROM THE SAME MOLD.

39. A court appointed monitor is supposed to be an independent and neutral supervisor. Does anyone honestly think that Lynne Spears would report any indescretions by her daughter that may remove the children permanently from her daughter? I think not.

40. I just do not understand why they are bothering to even discuss visitation since she did not even care enough to show up? She obviously does not care about the kids since she did not bother to show up. I do not think that her Mother is fit to supervise visitation just look at Britney! Her Mother obviously did not do a good job with her! If she tries to correct Britney she will just toss her out!

Britney could reduce the attention on her by at least half if she would just stay home for a week or so and wear some underwear when she goes out.
If she was on her way to a doctor appt, recording studio for work, or God forbid - court, you can call it a media circus. But when she drives to the local Target, or gas station (where she sits for long periods) that's a Britney-caused circus!
She's as addicted to the attention as she is to alcohol and drugs.

44. They need to keep her kids AWAY from her until she gets her life together. Even seeing her for a short period of time is damaging. As good of a mother as Lynn seems to be, it doesn't seem like anyone can keep Britney under control. She needs to feel some serious heartache from not seeing her kids. Maybe then she will take her parenting seriously.
