Brit Walks Into Court

TMZ is in the hallway -- and Brit's just walked into the courtroom.

She's wearing a black shirt and jeans, and her hair is down. She's carrying her ever-present white purse and is drinking a Coke -- regular, not Diet.

We sat and watched as Britney was sworn in by the Commisioner. Then her lawyer asked all of the media to leave. The nerve!

Brit is sporting black sunglasses -- in court. The Commish, however, says that's cool. She's got a "medical condition" that requires her to wear them. As we told you, that condition is shared by Sean Preston, Jayden James and K-Fed -- pink eye!

48. pardon me, who gives a rats... there are unfortunatley many parents who act like her whores, ladies of the night, drunks, drug addicts like her, they are not constantly in the news, i could care less about that tramp, if she wanted her kids, she would not be acting the way she is, out of all the tramps in hollywood, she is the number one.

Cara, no one said they held out all day for her so she can get to court, the media was wrong. and kevin isnt even there, and you dont hear anyone busting his balls for not being there. the judge never gave a decision earlier, and she was NOT required to be there, so perhaps they asked her to come in to be questioned by the commissioner to hash something out, i work in family law, so this is not unusual.

everyone needs to chill out a bit, you would think it's your kid going through this??!!

53. Brit is a child of God, jus like the rest of us, so it doesn't matter what she wears; she's those children's mother and that's all that matters.
