19. I truly hope that she gets the help she needs.

I would doubt that the judge is "out to get" Britney. Even Team Britney should be able to look at her irrational behavior and see that she is crying out for help. Rather than blindly enabling her and spewing hate at K-Fed, the time and energy might be better spent by hoping that she does get help for her emotional and addictive issues and that they can work together as parents to be positive motivators in their childrens' lives.

Name calling (on either side) doesn't really fix anything, does it?

"It's only been a week since the judge's last ruling, and Britney has yet to prove that she can follow those orders. At this point, for her, it's a celebration of hope over reality. I don't think she has a chance."

22. When is the judge going to require K-FED to have random drug and alcohol tests? Has the commissioner really checked out K-FED's background, drug history, and fathering skills??

ALso, when is K-FED going to get a real JOB??????? Or is he counting on making money off of his children so he can maintain the lifestyle to which he has become accustomed??? Does he love those boys? Or are they just his meal ticket?? And has the judge checked into these issues AT ALL????

24. Rarely, do Judges admit when they have made a very public mistake. Seems the ones who pay are the innocent children. Britney was fine to have the children full-time before Kevin got his big settlement. Soon as he and Mr. Kaplan got their big payday, Britney is called into question/established (rumors) as a drug addict. Well, we all know now that she isn't. Why shouldn't her children be allowed to live as before. Too bad Kevin has the same amount of regard for his children he had for his then wife.....sad...

The judge said on Thurs. that he was not going to modify his previous order, and that Spears' and Federline's lawyers would have to work out a compromise, whch despite a 45 minute separate conference, doesn't appear to have had results as yet. Spears didn't attend the first half of the hearing but arrived midafternoon for the second half.

The funny thing is that Kevin's alimony or whatever he had was going to run out in November. [according to tabloids] So being the broke-azz he is, he made the move to get full custody to eventually collect child support.

So for all that think K-Fed is a better father, let me remind you that this is the same father that knocked up one girl and started dating another before telling the pregnant one.

I bet if Shar went all crazy, he wouldn't be fighting for custody... because Shar has no funds.
