153. By California law, isn't it considered lude and indecent behavior to walk around without wearing pants? A dress is essentially a long shirt. Could a man walk around with a long shirt without wearing pants or underwear and not be arrested? Why isn't Britney held accountable for her actions? Why is she allowed to continually break California law without any repurcussions.

-She's supposedly taking illegal drugs... How come her vehicle or home is never searched for these items?
-She was on film doing a hit and run and nothing was done about it until the lady whom she hit found out it was Britney Spears who hit her so she filed a complaint. Shouldn't the Police have already issued a summons to her since it was public knowledge that this occured?
-She continually drives around with objects on her rear view mirror which obstruct her view. Why isn't she ticketed for this? It's against California law.
-Why wasn't she ticketed for driving around with her child on her lap?

My point to all this is maybe Britney and others like her wouldn't be so screwed up if society held them accountable for their actions like they do for us regular people. They feel they have no limits/boundaries and the same rules/laws don't apply to them and they continually push the envelope.

157. Ok, ITA with most of the posters here-- there is simply NO EXCUSE for Britney going out in public AGAIN wihtout wearing underwear! I mean, she has been photographed panty-less MULTIPLE times within the last few months and considering the fact that 1)there are a dozen or so photogs surrounding her constantly, 2)she is in the middle of a nasty child custody battle and 3)it's just GROSS!! There is no other explanation for her flashing her privates to the world OTHER than wanting MORE attention! Personally, I think it's just pathetic!
