77. That young woman needs help, folks. I would never wish a separation on a mother and her children, but in this case, her mothering capabilities are called into question. And I don't mean necessarily what goes on behind closed doors, either. She is publicly drunk so often that I can't imagine anyone who might honestly believe this was something your typical young mother would or should be doing.

Rather than flaunt her goodies and her lack of judgment, it might be better if she quit fighting the inevitable and spent some face-to-face time with mental health professionals.

And no, I'm not hating on Britney. I wish her well. But I don't think it's going to happen if she continues on this track.

82. First of all, if the paps would get the F**k out of her way, no one would even see this kind of crap. They are invading her privacy, there is no law that says she has to wear underwear, if she is guilty of anything, it would be the unladylike way she gets out of her car when she is wearing a skirt/dress, but who really cares...there is no crime here, just a bunch of money grubbing, perverted photographers trying to get a money shot! Leave her alone! She's a human being she can come & go from her home to Starbucks, Target, or where ever the hell she wants. Just b/c she's in a custody fight doesn't mean she has to stay home and do nothing.. this is a crime being committed by the paps.. they caused her parking lot car bust up.. they are cramming their cameras up to her car...this has nothing to do with her personal preference to go pantyless.. get over it already!

84. First of all this picture has been photo shopped!!! She has underwear on.. PLUS any lady who gets out of the car with their skirt or dress on, knows that you have to grab your dress and pull it down BUT when you have 10 million people in your face taking pictures, it might just slip your mind. TMZ is doing anything to bring Ms. Spears down. Why can't you just leave her alone and go pick on someone else for a change. If Ms. Spears kills herself or something drastic happens, her family should mark TMZ on their list as first to sue.

86. What is wrong with your photographers? She is trying to get out of her car she isnt out flashing herself the only reason you have the photo is because you are WAY TOO CLOSE to her. (While, I personally wear panties there are many people who dont and as far as the studies show panties are a big reason for infection....) Here is a tip -- if you can get that Photo (obviously standing over her car door before she can even get out) then you need to take a few steps back. You can take a photo up anyone's dress if you are pointing a camera there-- for normal people it is called a sex crime.

88. I didn't wear undies for a few years...and no one seemed to care if I did or didn't so why is it a big deal if Brit doesn't? The Pap need to leave this girl alone. There are drug addicted mothers out there who are worse for their children than Brit is for hers. She's human after all and will make mistakes...we all make mistakes. (Until you are a mother no one should criticize her for the way she takes care of her children). Whether or not you wear underwear doesn't determine the kind of person you are.

89. Is it just me or is it that everytime Britney has a new court hearing TMZ seeks to publish some photo which will at least try to keep her in a bad light. Well folks I have news for you, many women don't wear panties, so get over it. Two, I am amazed that I dont see many women condemning this opportunistic photo and several others of like nature by TMZ. This is just plain stupid. Perhaps you people at TMZ have something invested in trying to keep these children from their mother. Indeed no matter what you never have anything positive to report on her and in fact are obviously trying to influence the courts opinion of her. TMZ a word of advise return to your core business and stop trying to unduly influence the court processes
