91. It shouldn't make a difference in court whether or not she is wearing underwear. Plently of people go through out the day without underwear. It is a personal choice, but deff. shouldn't have an affect on how the courts view her. Maybe if the camera wasn't positioned on her ALL THE TIME you wouldn't have to worry about whether she chooses to wear underwear or not. TMZ i think it was a mistake to make this an issue that should concern her court case.

Yes, it's not uncommon for women to go comando. But those who do make sure that they're wearing clothing that won't inadvertantly show their business.

It's nasty and for you to try to deem her wearing no underwear and a shirt (that she wears as a dress) to go out in (with no bottom) doesn't reflect well on you.

And, remember, TMZ can't post what Britney doesn't put out there. If Brit is concerned about such photos getting out - she'd take action to prevent it. If she were a responsible adult she would take steps to ensure no negative photos or information is there to be gotten. It's not hard to do - put on close and stop acting like a mental patient. But she can't even manage that. It's not like the paps are hiding in the bushes. They're up in her face - she knows wha'ts going on.

100. People who show out are crying for help. Britney needs a "grandmother" figure in her life to give her personal support and to remind her of her place in life. Not just the famous Britney, but the girl/women/mother that she is. Stop photographing her, remove the publicity and allow Britney to fad away until she is able to cope.
