Britney -- Worst. Witness. Ever.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears had quite the interaction today with L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon, and she dug a hole deeper than a Louisiana swamp.

We're told Spears had a back and forth with the Commish that lasted approximately 40 minutes. She constantly interrupted him and at times was extremely sarcastic. At one point she started thanking the judge for what he had done, but her tone was heavily laced with disdain.

We're told the Commish explained to Spears how she had gotten to the point she's at -- why defying the various orders she was supposed to comply with raised concerns that she was not a responsible person. Spears didn't get it. She was at times contentious, argumentative and condescending.

We're told K-Fed's lawyer didn't object to her testimony, it was so bad. One description of today's testimony, pretty simple -- "Appalling."

32. I certainly believe it. She's probably surprised that the court system won't kiss her rich white bare ass. She really does think the world should revolve around her. Why should BRITNEY SPEARS have to appear before a judge to get her children back?

33. It sounds like TMZ is writing the news to suit their own purposes. She wouldn't have received overnight visitation if she did was TMZ claims. It must be a slow news day!

35. Understand that in the beginning she probably didn't haave a clue how serious this custody case was. It is difficult to take a piece of paper serious that tells you that you are an addict, while you know you are not. I guess she must be pretty angry about that. I would be anyway.
I don't think her disrespectfull behaviour (if that rumour is true, it is not according to the court's spokeman) will influence the case much. That judge knows she is a mother fighting for her kids and therefore very emotional. Besides most straight guys can accept a lot from a woman like Brit. Do not underestimate that.

36. Yeah, right. Sure she did. Because this report is as truthful as the Brit blows off the court reports here throughout the day. TMZ has demonstrated about as much credibility here today as a guy standing the street corner.

37. You know.. I try not to insult anyone, but I am so sick of Britney. Yes she is a trainwreck. She is a redneck. Her kids are better off without her. She can not dress herself, She can not show common courtesy to people. She is spinning out of control. People have tried to help her, and she throws it in their face. Can we please be done with reporting on her?!

Why do I want the reporting to stop? Because once SHE realizes the world or TMZ doesnt revolve around her, she will hit rock bottom, fall apart and then and only then will she possibly be able to save herself.

Although worst case scenerio, is she implodes and dies, but right now.. that would be a relief; because then TMZ would stop writing "ding dang y'all" all the time.

38. Sounds like the commissioner realized that Britney and her attorneys were going to harass them daily with ridiculous motions and so he threw it back to the attorneys to resolve it. It's hard to petition against a settlement you've agreed to. The commissioner is as sick of Britney as I am.
