Britney -- Worst. Witness. Ever.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears had quite the interaction today with L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon, and she dug a hole deeper than a Louisiana swamp.

We're told Spears had a back and forth with the Commish that lasted approximately 40 minutes. She constantly interrupted him and at times was extremely sarcastic. At one point she started thanking the judge for what he had done, but her tone was heavily laced with disdain.

We're told the Commish explained to Spears how she had gotten to the point she's at -- why defying the various orders she was supposed to comply with raised concerns that she was not a responsible person. Spears didn't get it. She was at times contentious, argumentative and condescending.

We're told K-Fed's lawyer didn't object to her testimony, it was so bad. One description of today's testimony, pretty simple -- "Appalling."

46. If she was so appalling and bad then why did court spokesman Allan Parachini say that when she took the witness stand that she was "respectful?" TMZ obviously just wants to slander Britney's name as much as possible instead of celebrate the small victory she got today.

48. Apparently Brit interrupted the judge today to throw her legs back and show her cooch to the commissioner.

She was quoted as saying "theres my baby making thang" and pointed at her std ridden gash.

She was then granted one night with the kids to make her to stop, and they had to clear the room for the smell. A janitor described the smell as a mixture of taco beef and cheetos. Ironically that was also being considered as the title of her new album.

50. People.com is reporting that she was described as respectful. by the court spokesman. Their report sounds far more credible. Sorry TMZ. You guys are obviously quite jaded against Britney. If she had showed no respect to the judge he wouldn't have expanded her visitation, now would he??

51. It's all Britney's fault isn't it. I guess it doesn't help that you have an arrogant and ignorant judge tht won't listen to the real facts. She is a mucfh better parent than lowlife KFed. At least she has the ability to generate money, something he can only do with that monthly support check from Britney. If he is such a great dad why didn't he put this much effort in trying to get his other kids he has. There's no money there that's why.

Her mother as visitation overseer would be a joke; Buttney will call all the shots behind closed doors, be as if no guardian there. And here she was, flashing her stinky kinky again! 55. Lili makes a good point - In TMZ's eyes, Britney is damned if she does and damned if she doesnt.

Yet in fairness to TMZ, if they had a source that said Briney was disrespectful.. then they are covered.

However, if they made it up, then it just shows that TMZ has to create news to be popular. So then the question becomes, how many more stories have they made up?

If you think about the actual "articles" TMZ has written (not the photo's); real articles of substance - who are they about? Paris, Britney, and Lilo.

I have not seen a substancial article about anyone else. Sure they plaster photos up - but the comments that gow ith those photos are usually snide little digs, not what would count as an article. Posh's forehead photo for example.

If Britney were to implode, self-destruct, die.. TMZ would have nothing to write about!

In my opinion...Brittany Spears is a sinking ship on a disaster course .
Without modesty and morals how can she possibly care for her children or show them any decency or direction -- she obviously has none herself.
Pul-eeze, get her help before her disaster course ends in an irreversible free-fall!
