K-Fed's Lawyer to Brit -- Overnights My A**

Celebrity lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's attorney, just told TMZ he will absolutely oppose Brit's move to get overnight visits with the kids.

Brit's lawyers will ask Commissioner Scott Gordon for overnights, partly because she's passed all her drug tests. Kaplan said, "She's 25 years old. The order is a week old." The upshot of Kaplan's statement -- one week does not a responsible parent make.

As for Britney showing up in court -- last night, she said she would. At the time this story is being published, Brit has 35 minutes to get to the courthouse. She's in Marina del Rey and she'll have to drive across town in rush hour traffic -- not likely she'll make it.

47. Well, it'll be interesting to see what Commissioner Gordon writes in his order. And also interesting to see Britney's reaction. Did she really flash her coochie again?????? Ah man - poor form Britters. :-(

48. 1st if all NO ONE has PROVEN that Brit was ever on drugs! Obviously not, since her tests are negative. KFED has BRAGGED about his drug use. Another thing, at least we see pix of Brit with her kids. You NEVER see KFED with them! Where is KFED!? Why is KFED not drug tested or does it not matter because he doesn't take care of the kids anyway! All KFED ever wanted was her $. He NEVER took care of his other kids! BS has issues. Probabably post partum syndrome, depression, & bi polar. She needs help but, if KFED is so Great he ought to be taking care of the kids not an absentee father. BTW they got pink eye with DAD!

50. K (the human leech) Fed is just playing you all for all its worth. This guy doesn't have a job, doesn't support his previous children and doesn't visit them.
As soon as he is assured of $70,000/month he will start hammering some other young "star".

52. #46 are you delusional granted I am not a KFED fan but he has booked one tree hill and I don't think thery are paying him pnuts and did you forget the prenup he got his settlement and they split proceeds from selling thier house it sold for like 12 mil and she made him the executive producer of that show chaotic which he got a couple of hundred thousand for ... has everybody forgot that she proposed to him?

55. #47 - I disagree. Shar's My Space site has a number of photos posted of Kevin with their kids. Both Shar & Britney have been quoted as saying he's a very good dad. Who are you to argue with the mothers?

The paparazzi filmed the doctor entering Kevin's home the same afternoon he got custody. The kids showed up with pink eye. Pink eye is nothing to go berserk about. It's highly contagious & quite common in kids. Everyone is getting treated; all will be well soon.

57. #46 - Who cares? He's a young man - he deserves to get laid early & often. Britney is worth 100 mil. You think 70 grand a month is gonna put a dent in anything she has? Why don't you be concerned about what's best for the kids & stop hating on Kevin's potential income? Single parents get laid too, ya know.

58. I wouldn't say that Britney doesn't deserve the kids. She's their mom. I would say that she's not in a good place emotionally to have custody of them right now. Hopefully she'll clean her act up & keep it that way. Then she can be a good mom. Right now - no.
