Orlando Tried to Walk Away from Accident Scene!

10/12/2007 11:58 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

UPDATE: LAPD tells us that one of Bloom's passengers suffered a fractured neck and the other was cut by her seat belt.

In video taken immediately following this morning's accident and shown on X17Online, Bloom can be seen walking away from the scene, leaving two women -- one injured and bleeding -- in his smashed-up ride. Nice guy!

After walking down the block, the paparazzi repeatedly advise Bloom to go back to the accident scene and "deal with it," saying that if he leaves, it could be a hit and run. That's major trouble! Bloom thinks twice, turns around and walks back to the car.

I don't believe for one moment that he was just going to leave them there, he's sooo not that kind of guy. Give me a break! Why is it that we're so quick to believe anything negative printed about a celebrity as if we were actually there and we know the full story? I don't know what happened but I'm willing to bet he wasn't drunk and that he's that thoughtless of a friend to just leave two women stranded and defenseless. Why are so many people quick to read and believe rubish?

C' was only a fractured neck. He probably just wanted to grab a drink while waiting for the cops.

It's funny how the paparazzi can use there own arrogance to shame a young celebrity. Orlando was obviously shaken by the event and was gathering his thoughts with no intention of fleeing the wreck. So many people are tricked by the pap games they see on TV and such, its amazing. Yes he seemed drunk, everyone by his age has been drunk and acted foolish, big freakin deal, it's just that we all don't have criminals with cameras following us everywhere to make a mockery of our normal human behavior.

So he hits a parked car late at night and is in a mild state of shock afterward. We will never know if he would have turned around of his own accord. No, he didn't call 911 when it first happened. See state of shock above. The police are not required to administer a field sobriety test if in their estimation the person is not under the influence. I think with all the idiots out there, they have seen their fair share of drunks.
