33. The police don't automatically do an alcohol or call for a drug test when someone is in an accident.

They are required - and folks these are rules that protect ALL of us - to have at least one of the following as evidence:

1) observation of intoxicated behavior
2) smell of alcohol
3) sighting of containers
4) observation of erratic driving before the accident

If none of those is met, no testing. Period. Case closed.

LA, Bev Hills and LA Co Sheriffs (they handle the city of West Hollywood) have arrested a whole bunch of celebrities recently. Those saying he should have been tested are going against precedents and the law.

34. Was THIS the guy who cut him off or what? I'm confused. If you ask me, it looks like this OTHER guy NOT Orlando was messed up. Maybe he was trying to talk him out of driving???? You guys just have to put the pic up where he's actually blinking...he's not drunk. WTF is wrong with you people?

36. To #31, mj: In London, Orlando Bloom was completely out of the closet. It was not a big deal at all. He became straight and started "Dating" women when his handlers told him no way you cab be openly gay in Hollywood and still have leading male roles.

For all the people who are saying they kissed....it's clear that this other guy (WHO IS THE ONE WHO LOOKS MESSED UP BTW!) leans in to say something quietly to Orlando that can't be caught on camera. Oh, and he's leaning b/c he can't sit up straight. Maybe he doesn't remember what actually happened. lol He's so obviously on something or just drunk. Orlando looks fine. And why would Orlando put his hands on this girl anyway? Don't think so, folks...just a couple of wanna be celebs trying for a few minutes in the public eye. What LOSERS!

44. #33 is full of it. Just wishful thinking on their part.

It is in high fashion to bust celebs. Police are trying to prove that they don't give special treatment to them, so if they had any suspicion at all that Orlando was drunk, they would have given him a field sobriety test at the very least. Sorry that it isn't scandalous, but he evidently wasn't drunk.
