Warrants Served in Anna Nicole's Death

TMZ has learned that the California Department of Justice began serving search warrants Friday in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. One was served this morning at the home of Anna's psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and we're told Howard K. Stern was actually there at the time!

We're told that eight warrants were served altogether by armed officers, and these may be connected to the Department's investigation of Dr. Eroshevich. KABC cameras caught Dr. Eroshevich outside her home today. Sources say the warrants were served at several businesses connected to Anna's doctors and at a storage facility. Ellyn Garafalo, a lawyer for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed methadone to Smith shortly before she died, confirmed to the AP the doctor's home and offices were among those raided.

As TMZ first reported, the Medical Board of California is investigating Eroshevich, who ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.

UPDATES: We're told the DOJ will hold a press conference at 11:00 AM. Stay tuned!

27091. I just wonder if the "new evidence" in the Natalee Holloway case was politically motivated, The investigation in her "disappearence " according to the prosecutor hasn't beeen closed, it has entered a new "phase". The phase of not investigating. I also wonder if the Bahamas has moved on with the inquest into Daniel Smith death because there is a fear that what is happening to Auba could carry over when ot comes to the public's reaction to the way they have handeled the investigation .. Obviously it hasn't been good for Aruba in many ways, there was a call for a boycott. A lot of people have a very negative impression of Aruba and as a result of a poor investigation their tourism has declined.. I believe the same thing could happen to the Bahamas if they don't allow for justice to take it course.

Merry Christmas! This is the season that makes feelings very tender and close to the surface. As the Internet grows and becomes a part of our lives, it brings with it a unique opportunity to meet people we likely would never have met in any other way. And very often, those people we meet on line will become friends. Sometimes, very close friends.

A Tear Fell
by Marge Tindal
I shed a tear today
Silently, I felt it fall
You caught it
shared it
held it
felt it
then
suddenly
it wasn't
so big
after all

27105. GRANDMA GOT RAN OVER BY A REINDEER

grandma got runover by a reindeer
walking home from our house christmas eve
you could say theres no such thing as santa
but as for me and grandpa we believe
she'd been drinking too much egg nog
and we begged her not to go
but she forgot her medication
and she staggered out the door into the snow
when we found her the Christmas morning
at the scene of the attack
she had hoofprints on her fore head
and incriminating Clause marks on her back
grandma got runover by a reindeer
walking home from our house christmas eve
you could say theres no such thing as santa
but as for me and grandpa we believe
now we're all so proud of grandpa
he's been taking this so well
see him in there watching football
drinking beer and playing cards with cousin Nel
its not christmas without grandma
all the family's dressed in black
and we just cant help but wonder
should we open up her gifts or send them back?
(send them back!)
grandma got runover by a reindeer
walking home from our house christmas eve
you could say theres no such thing as santa
but as for me and grandpa we believe
now the goose is on the table
and the pudding made of fig (ah!)
and the blue and silver candles
that would just have matched the hair in grandmas wig
i've warned all our friends and neighbours
better watch out for yourselves
they should never give a license
to a man who drives a sleigh and plays with elves
grandma got runover by a reindeer
walking home from our house christmas eve
you could say theres no such thing as santa
but as for me and grandpa we believe
(sing it grandpa!)
grandma got runover b

LOL! MERRY CHRISTMAS! I HAVE HAD LONELY CHRISTMASES AND I HAVE HAD A CHRISTMAS LIKE TODAY!
WHY DO I BUY THE KIDS THINGS WITH BOOKS OF DIRECTIONS!
BUT THEY ARE ALL HAPPY NOW, AND I AM PLAIN OLD FASHIONED POOPED!
WHY CAN'T THERE BE A HAPPY MIDDLE BETWEEN LONELY AND FLATTENED OUT BY THE ACTIVITIES!

I THINK THAT ALL OF US GET A LITTLE MELANCHOLY AT CHRISTMAS. IT IS A TIME TO REMEMBER PAST CHRISTMASES. MAYBE GRANDPARENTS OR PARENTS OR EVEN SIBLINGS THAT ARE NO LONGER WITH US. WE PROBABLY CAN REMEMBER THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER AND THE SADDEST CHRISTMAS EVER. IT IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF CHRISTMAS THAT WE SHOULD TREASURE BECAUSE OUR MEMORIES ARE A VITAL PART OF WHO WE ARE.

I DO WANT TO WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY DAY. JUST BECAUSE IT IS CHRISTMAS DOESN'T MEAN WE HAVE TO HAVE A FESTIVAL TO BE HAPPY. SOMETIMES A CUP OF HOT COCOA AND A ROCKING CHAIR IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO BE HAPPY.
