Warrants Served in Anna Nicole's Death

27151. What we know to date:

• Anna Nicole Smith with the help of her lawyer Howard K. Stern fled the jurisdiction of the California Courts in order to avoid the legal ramifications that would ensue should Mr. Larry Birkhead assert paternity over her (as yet) unborn child.
• Mr. Birkhead did indeed file a paternity suit in the state of California and engage lawyer Debra Opri.
• Mr. Birkhead, his family and friends began an intensive campaign using the media and the internet to smear Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith in order to gather public support and sympathy in his quest for paternal rights.
• Daniel Wayne Smith flew to the Bahamas to visit with his Mother and his new baby sister, within hours he was dead of a drug overdose. Methadone was the main drug implicated in his death. Mr. Stern lied to the police concerning the availability of Methadone. Mr. Stern also removed “items” from the hospital room that should have been turned over to the Royal Bahamian Police to aid them in their investigation.
• Mr. Stern exploited the tragedy of Daniel’s death for financial gain, while Daniel Wayne Smith was left unburied for 39 days after his death.
• After first insisting that Mr. G. Ben Thompson was the father of Dannielynn, Ms. Smith and Mr. Stern added his name (Mr. Stern) to the birth certificate and Mr. Stern went on national television to falsely claim that he was indeed the “proud father”.
• After the death of her son, Anna Nicole Smith was kept in a drugged stupor. The drugs were administered to her by Mr. Stern and Dr. Erosevitch.
• In February of 2007, Anna Nicole Smith was found dead in a hotel room in Florida. Her death was attributed to a drug overdose. It was later revealed that the drugs that “killed” Miss Smith had been prescribed by Dr. Erosevitch to Mr. Howard K. Stern.
• At the time of her death Ms. Smith had been ill with a fever of 105 degrees. The people present have subsequently given conflicting stories as to the timeline surrounding her illness and what was done to help medically.
• Those present at the Hard Rock Hotel, at the time of Ms. Smith’s death, delayed calling 911.
• Mr. Stern told a Florida Court that “to his knowledge Anna Nicole Smith had not used Methadone for the last five months.” The autopsy report later revealed that Methadone was present in Ms. Smith’s bile indication that it had been ingested 3 days prior to her death.
• Mr. Stern told a Florida court that he did not know the identity of “Dr. Chris”, although it was obvious that he was being asked about the identity of Dr. Kristine Erosevitch.
• Dr. Erosevitch lied about her medical status (claimed to be a nurse) to the personnel at the Hard Rock Hotel. She subsequently left her patient the day before she was discovered dead without any reasonable explination.
• Mr. Stern attempted to derail the Inquest into the “suspicious” death of Daniel Wayne Smith. The Inquest was subsequently postponed on two separate occasions. The Bahamian laws were changed to remove the coroner originally assigned to the case. The Immigration Minister Mr. Shane Gibson was forced to resign his post because of irregularities involving Ms. Smith and her legal status in the Bahamas. After a complete change of government the Inquest was rescheduled and is now proceeding forward.
• During a Florida Court Proceeding to determine where Ms. Smith was to be buried, her mother (Ms. Virgie Arthur) retained the council of Mr. J. O’Quinn. This would have been after February 8th and long after the public media battle began between Mr. Stern and Mr. Birkhead.
• After the death of Anna Nicole Smith Mr. Stern claimed “presumptive fatherhood” over the biological daughter of Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead. After a court ordered DNA test determined that Mr. Birkhead was the biological father, Mr. Stern appealed the ruling of the Bahamian court.
• Howard Stern’s sister, Bonnie Stern; Mr. Stern’s lawyer, Kirsta Barth; and a team of organized bloggers conspired to discredit anyone who could offer potential damaging information concerning Mr. Stern at the Inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne Smith.
• A video was shown that of Ms. Anna Nicole Smith “the clown video” 8 months pregnant and obviously high on something. Mr. Stern took the video and can be heard declaring that “This Video is worth money.” A young child in the video can be heard begging Mr. Stern to get help for Anna Nicole Smith.
• Other photos surfaces showing an obvious drugged out Anna Nicole Smith taken in a very embarrassing situation. Photos that were again taken and kept by Mr. Howard K. Stern.
• The nurse (Taz ) who discovered the body of Anna Nicole Smith in the hotel gave a provocative interview with Greta Van Susteren in which she indicated that it was her belief that Anna Nicole Smith had been dead for some time prior to her discovery and also raised other questions regarding the actions of Howard K. Stern during this time period.
• Anna Nicole Smith’s bodyguard, Mo, claimed in a televised interview that both Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead administered drugs to Anna Nicole Smith.
• The Attorney General of California announced that there had been an ongoing investigation involving the DOJ of California, The FBI, the DEA, the Bahamian Royal Police, the Seminole Police and other agencies since March of 2007. The investigation concerned the events surrounding the death of Anna Nicole Smith and the illegal prescribing of narcotics. Search warrants were issued and served. Mr. Stern and his lawyer Kirsta Barth were “coincidentally” present at the home of Dr. Erosevitch when agents arrived in the early morning hours to execute the search warrants.
• As the Inquest resumes we have learned that two pills were discovered by a nurse in the bed that Howard was sleeping in the night Daniel died and that Howard took pictures of Daniel’s corpse poised with his mother – Anna Nicole Smith. Pictures that he at first denied taking or possessing. It was also revealed that Daniel had extremely high levels of Methadone in his system at the time of his death.

The photos you saw of Anna with the food on her face were on the laptop obtained from Horizons by Ford Shelley. The photos of Anna and her deceased son Dan were also on the hard drive.

A number of copies of the hard drive were made.

From those copies, additional copies were made by a group of caring individuals whose primary goal has been and continues to be to initiate, support, and maintain investigations into the deaths of Anna and Daniel.

Extraordinary measures have been taken because HKS has turned out to be a clever and formidable foe. It became especially apparent that HKS had his hands around the throat of the Bahamians courts and our fear was that his efforts, coupled with his knowledge of the law and Lin's assistance, would cause a "permanent delay" in getting the inquest underway.

Portions of that hard drive have been meted out to several individuals and each person has his own instructions.

I theorize that The Marshall family has the most to gain and lose (monetarily) at this point in this saga.

After the deaths, could the Marshall Family & their attorneys have formed an alliance with Mr. O'Quinn, Virgie & Co?

A well thought out plan could involve discrediting Stern to remove him as the executor and putting a "settlement" into the hands of O'Q, Virgie and Dannielynn.

IF Howard orchestrated these deaths, via his own agenda to claim the money, I'd bet he never phathomed going up against the likes of a dynamic combination consisting of The Marshall's and Virgie & Co.

Call me crazy, but it makes sense,
actually it sounds like the best way to ensure and protect the money that may be coming Dannielynn's way.

This is DWAU back in late September:
Number one, I guess I have the need to be part of the crowd. My crowd. There are five of us, all guys; three of us knew Anna before Howard and his lot ever entered the picture. The five of us played a part in Anna's early career in one capacity or another. I am a photographer and, back when I was first starting out, I worked on several of her shoots.

Part of the same outfit, my colleagues were also assigned the the shoots. I'm talking hair, makeup, costumes. Before Anna was "Anna." That's how long ago it was.


Below is a statement from Swims during is pre-Christmas spectacular:
ANS is dragged down by the overwhelming demands of an ancient Texas boy named Marshall whom she accommodates. Marshall's fey descendants have no idea what men feel about women. Unknown or untaught of by most people, ANS is swarmed by gay boys who do her make-up, hair and clothes. From back in the day, one of those boys even blogged on TMZ.

I hope they are on the same "team", seems they can "discredit" stern and co. by merely disclosing facts and NOTHING nefarious (as some like to say) about it! You're right to mention the Marshall family, Anna's surviving step-son and Danielynn's "step-brother". Don't you remember when one of the sternies mentioned the will was probably worded in such a way as to avoid the step-son, EPM. Well, EP is deceased, but there is still JHM lll and does not Calif. make certain provisions for step-children when the step-child's parent "made the money". I know the old man disinherited that son, but we are talking about Anna's estate now and if the "no future children", DL could be added, could not the step-son JHM lll? I'm serious, lol!

And so it begins, Danielynn was born Hannah and Daniel dies 3 days later in his mother's hospital room. The police chief states that there will be an investigation. Most posts were kind but some were brutal. Some were beginning to just touch on the the thought that it could be more than mets the eye.

Anna Nicole and Son Daniel UPDATE 12:20pm: Reginald Ferguson QPM, Assistant Commissioner for the Royal Bahamas Police Force, tells TMZ that whenever there is a sudden death in the Bahamas, the police have a duty to look into the death. Concerning the death of Daniel Smith, Ferguson says that "there were no signs of physical injury or violence" evident in the hospital room where Smith died, and there are "no reports of drugs, legal or illegal, on [Smith's] person at this time." Moreover, says Ferguson, "Nothing is ruled out. There are no signs of suicide, and police are waiting for pathology reports to make further determinations."

Former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday in the Bahamas, three days before her son Daniel Smith, 20, died suddenly, on Sunday.

According to a statement posted on Smith's website annanicole.com, "On September 7th Anna Nicole gave birth to a healthy 6 pound, 9 ounce baby girl. Her son Daniel was in the Bahamas with her to share in the joy of his baby sister when he passed away suddenly on the morning of September 10th. We have yet to learn the cause of death but do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor."

Daniel Smith appeared frequently in his mother's E! network reality series "The Anna Nicole Show." Smith, per her statement, is "absolutely devastated by the loss of her son. He was her pride and joy and an amazing human being."

Smith has not revealed who the father of her child is, and earlier this year won a US Supreme Court decision to collect her stake in her late husband J. Marshall Howard's fortune.

3. Despite what people may think of her, positive or negative, this is very tragic and heartwrenching news. I wouldn't wish the loss of a child on anyone no matter of what age. My sympathies go out to her in this time of pain.

4. How horrible! I feel so sad for Anna! Her son seemed like a pretty good kid! Considering that his mother has gone threw so many different "roles" in the public. You know, sex symbol, laughing stock, legal woes, etc.. You never heard of any trouble from him! I wish I could say, "At least you have your daughter." But, I know, (having lost a child, also), that nothing will take the place of your precious son, Daniel. My heart goes out to you Anna, and to your newborn, daughter, who will only have your memories of him to remember him by!

I've been "feeling" that for awhile, PWF. Wouldn't it be something if it was true? That's pretty much a bottomless barrell of money. Wonder if Wilma's "real job" has any ties to the Marshall's? It is tied to the oil industry, after all.

Pure speculation on my part, though.
