T.I. Arrest -- The Affidavit and Search Warrant

Rapper T.I. is in big trouble, because The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) doesn't knock on your door for no reason. TMZ has obtained the affidavit and search warrant issued after T.I. allegedly had his bodyguard buy illegal machine guns and silencers for him.

46. Stereotype-

....so, you are saying that rap has more power than the president of the United States, or the Pope? Are you crazy????

47. I'm still getting the feeling you're trying to make some point? NO ONE'S trying to say that these people are as dignified as say your white criminals but then again you might be mistaking me for someone who cares what you think is right. I wasn't there I don't have the facts and who's to say what someone in his bodyguards position should do. You sound like you think of yourself as a saint.

Stereoboy - have fun with your minimum wage racist lifestyle - San Quentin is calling.

49. No but you Kris Peterson sound a bit misinformed and to answer that question as far as my generation and peers are concerned I know which one is more influential. Not to mention the rest of the world.

50. Sorry Imagine--People of JT and T.I.'s mindset aren't "our own"...

51. While stories like this keep us distracted and at each other's throats, the government ( no longer for the people) and the Military Industrial Complex keeps amassing inordinate amounts of ruthless power. As long as we're distracted by stories like this, the Machine keeps running. If TI did this, and it looks like he did, we'll keep fighting ourselves and will continue to be oblivious to some very real and potentially world ending nastiness that's everywhere. Actually, a nice race riot would be a good way to end up living in a police state! Think about it.

52. Re:Axe me if I care

For someone who dosen't care you sure sound concerned. Furthermore based on your character I'm pretty certain I'm making a much better living in the entertainment industry than yourself.

53. Doh, point well taken just wanted to respond to what I felt were un-justified or dignified remarks from people whom I hope do not represent the future.

54. wow, don't these morons realize that the fed's are gonna git you? hey TI there is a reason why those machine guns and suppressors (silencers) were so so so cheap! it probably cost you less than the crack cocaine you use at one sitting. ha ha ha

55. Somebody needs to clean the keys on the typewriter or whatever they are using. Look at how the letters are filled in with ink. A sign of dirty keys.

56. T.I. spent all that money so HE could have those guns....must be another reason then just protection for himself. He could have used that same money to pay a bodyguard licensed and trained to use any type of firearm to protect him 24 hours a day if necessary.

Hope he can beat these charges.....maybe if he was killing juvenile delinquents in a boot camp he would be guaranteed acquittal......nahmean?

Athletes and celebrities in Atlanta watch out......DJ Drama, Michael Vick...now T.I. KEEP YOUR NOSE CLEAN LUDACRIS, TYLER PERRY AND EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE A.T.L....IT'S OPEN SEASON.

57. Stereotype and others, I'm really here just observing the shenanigans going on. But I'm glad someone noticed what I was trying to say. Thanks. I consider myself lucky to have a diverse bunch of friends of all types to help me keep it somewhat real. When someone in our group gets too far off track, the others will quickly react and will try to hand them the clue they ( and sometimes myself) are lacking. TMZ makes for a nice distraction for me when I have the spare time, but in the real world, I am doing my very best to keep an eye on some of the things many others fail to notice. Luckily, there are a few people here who also notice these things too. Peace!

58. Wow are people on here stupid???

Its T.I.own fault for trying to buy illegal weapons and he is an idiot and a prime example like many other of these wannabe gangsta type rappers as a reason as to why all white people think blacks are ghetto, dumb and ignorant. They glorify the ignorant, violent mentality in rap music now. Its also funny and sad but true at same time that the uneducated ignorant black folk would try to take up for people like T.I. and try to pull the race card. These same stupid rappers are enforcing this gangsta mentality in the minds of guiilable kids who are stupid enough to continue to buy trash like this. The sad fact is they make excuses and dont want to take responsibility for it.

T.I. made a choice now he pays the consequences. I agree with Stereotype and Doh, Im embarrassed to be black sometimes when the ignorant, dumb and juvenile mentality is glorified everywhere in the Black community but intellectuals and black people with college degrees and that can put complete sentences together without using enbonics is looked down upon is sad. We are self-destructing from within as a black community and partial responsibility is too the rappers who are bringing their own communities down buy continuing to glorify stupidity and violence and ignorance. Like Nas said Hip-Hop is dead and he was right.

59. Had a comment, but it seems to have gotten lost ( nothing unusual there). Anyway, Stereotype, thanks for noticing my comment. It wasn't aimed at anyone, just everyone in general. Maybe my other comment will pop through?

60. Wow! I am really shocked that we have gotten this far down racially. I grew up in an age where you never saw a person of color on television and could not understand why. I was 16 years old when the Watts riots broke out. I was not raised to judge a person by the color of their skin or religious beliefs. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. would be appalled at todays standards. He gave his life working for all of us to come together as brothers and sisters. Here it is, 2007 and you would think that as a society we would have made greater strides but there are still those who want to keep on hating and to me that is so very sad. I am 100% against weapons...I had someone I loved stick a loaded 38 in my face that had a hair trigger...never did I think that would have ever happened to me. Why in the world anyone would find the need to have machine guns etc. is beyond my comprehension, white, black, yellow or whatever. As a 60 year old of course I am no fan of rap...maybe if I were much, much younger I would be, maybe not. But my point is, we all have to work together as human beings, and respect one and another and all of us obey the laws and make our world a better place for the next generation. Why must the race card be played over and over again? We as a nation have come a long way but we have a greater way to go.....the world has already gone through an aryan brotherhood disaster...do you recall WW 2? The race card was played big time....and still today we have the aryan brotherhood. In the 60's and the 70's so many riots across America because of racial frustration....do we need this again? This guy broke the law...plain and simple. I don't think I am going to get on TMZ anymore...it is too disturbing and I am so ashamed that we as a nation still can't work out our problems humanely...God help us.
