33. Even with all that, Judge Sauer gave Kiefer a better deal than he gave Paris Hilton.

At 0.9 Kiefer had a TEN TIMES HIGHER alcohol level than Paris H. at 0.08 and it was his FIFTH offense. Give me a break.

So this judge practically works with Kiefer so he can save his TV show. WTF???

Is this judge gay by chance?

Or does he just give better deals to guys because that's how the good old boy network is run? Boys will be boys?

35. Why are all you people waisting your time with these worthless and useless people. The women are no better then the sluts on 42nd street in NYC and the guys are whore-masters because they get to bang these sluts week in and week out, besides the fact the girls get passed around lke candy. I wonder do the guys share notes with eachother? do her or stay away from her or she's a bitch or she does it all or the phase that most likely doesn't apply to any of these girls - "she doesn't put out". Then, they want you to listen to their political views - wow what a thought - they are hi on drugs or what ever they can find and they want you to think that they actually have an opinion worth listening to. What a waste - I don't even want to get started with California, what a legal system bu it operates on who you know will get you off. Its a shame that the average guy in California gets caught with coke in his/her car and I can promise you that they won't walk with a slap but make a movie and wow do what you want. What a waste.

40. I have to give Keifer kudos for accepting full responsibility for his actions. I'm not applauding his DUI's, but here's a guy who is both admitting and accepting the consequences for his mistakes...unlike members of the brat pack (Lohan/Hilton).

I wonder if he's a binge drinker. He seems to be able to handle his obligations, then boom, another one of these episodes.

I've had a soft spot for Keifer ever since Julia Roberts so spectacularly and publicly jilted him; called in sick to the wedding, then was photographed swapping spit with some other guy in Paris, on what would have been their wedding day. Stranger still, when he got home she had stripped their house of everything but the pets they had got together. I recall a quote "...she took everything that was dead, and left everything that was alive...".

I thought then, what a brutal thing to go through, how would anyone come out of that unmarked. Then came the DUI's, and the orange jumpsuits, cleaning litter at the side of the road while paps clicked away.

The children of major stars seem to suffer a lot of the same stresses and behaviors, especially if they pursue acting careers themselves. Barrymore, Fonda, Sheen; [insert your own acting dynasty here] Some kind of personal torment seems to be part of the package.

Of course, maybe that's why they're great actors.

45. WOW! 48 hours in jail for a 2nd DUI!!! People get 48 hours in jail for a first DUI without even being convicted if it happens on a Friday night and have to wait til Monday to see the judge! It is insane that celebs get the treatment they do. They are endangering just as many people as anyone else driving drunk!
