Celebrity Justice
Source: T.I. Didn't Do It!

Is he packin' heat or isn't he? A source close to embattled rapper T.I. says that the gun charges leveraged against the hip-hopper are false; T.I. never tried to purchase guns -- it was all his bodyguard.

The source told MediaTakeOut.com that "[The bodyguard] asked T.I. for an advance on his [pay] and T.I. gave it to him. ...Whatever he spent money on -- whether it be guns, drugs, or formula for his children -- T.I. had nothing to do with it." That's it, he was buying formula!

And those guns found in T.I.'s house? "T.I. has security that lives with him and stay with him at all times. The gun that the [federal agents] found belonged to his security team" -- all of whom are licensed to carry them, the source claims.

"The government was just looking to pin a case on T.I. - they've been trying for years. So they pushed [the bodyguard] into snitching on T.I."

But according to CNN, authorities said they found three firearms in the car in which T.I. -- also know as Cilfford Harris -- drove to pick up the machine guns and silencers, "including one loaded gun tucked between the driver's seat where Harris had been sitting and the center console."

Conspiracy, or just caught up?

196. 154. One more serious question....Perhaps if others read this you/we will enlighten others too.

Why is it that slavery is often brought up to somewhat punish white people like we ourselves were responsible? Most of us, especially my family being from New England did not own slaves? But yet ALL whites somehow are being included into a group that was responsible.

i've always found this to be true and never understood it.. i live in a country where slavery was outlawed and far sooner and where blacks went to escape, tho segregation was an issue of course, and the first nations were far more mistreated than blacks were.

while i do believe that we should learn from history what was wrongly done, lest we repeat it, and slavery is something that never should be nor reservation schools!

i do not understand how:

one entire race, never mind the actual nationality, if a family never set foot into the states during the time of slavery, that other races were subject to various forms as slavery as well including "whites", that some people of the same race sold each other into it, that it happened so far into the past that there is no one still living who was subjected to it, gets the blame by the colour of their skin.

that IS racism in itself.

as i said before, i don't care what race or type of music someone does, whether or not they break a law in their country does.

the net is world wide, it is not confined to one country, or one race. people should really keep that in mind and maybe not so narrow minded when they call others "haters".

197. Of COURSE he didn't do it? " I wasn't there, it wasn't me, and I didn't see it" are the standard criminal responses. The little punk is getting his. F*** him.

198. 194. This is just another set-up. The white man does not like to see any BLACK MAN have more money than them.

199. I thought you are suppose to be presumed innocent before guilty. Some of us more fortunate ones seem to want to judge. Remember the Duke rape scandal. Is every black man on trail subject to the O.J. syndrom. Some people want to call that man trash but when you have to eat and feed your family you do want you have to do. So the things he's done in his past are his past. Now that he's rich and successful (legally) you happily pray for his downfall. If he did this he will do his time and he should. But you who rejoice in downfalls are miserable leeches who will suffer the same fate you wish upon others.

200. He's a convicted felon. There is really nothing to judge. It's against the law for him to purchase or have someone else purchase guns for him. Period. The end.

The 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was busted in the parking lot of a shopping center not far from the award show's Atlanta venue, collared by agents from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after picking up three machine guns, two silencers and a pistol from an undercover ATF officer, which, per the feds, his bodyguard had purchased on his behalf.

T.I. was previously convicted on drug violations back in 1998 and given seven years' probation, and he later was busted on gun-related charges. It's a federal offense for a convicted felon to have someone purchase firearms on their behalf.

201. There is one thing I can say about Americans, You don't need to waste time with a judge and jury, because everyone is already guilty before the trial even comes. All you had to hear, was that he was black and a rapper, and that is all they need to convict. Reminds me of the old saying get the rope.

202. If these dumbass rappers didn't act like idiots, they would have no need for guns. Live by the sword, die by the sword-ask Tupac, oh that's right, you can't!

203. If ROBERT BLAKE or Your Favorite Excentric Record Exec. (forgive me for forgetting his name at a time like this - he deserves his just do) can get off with all of the information & evidence available, and they actually appeared more guilty at this point in their cases...... don't count him out yet. Interstingly enough, even when some simultaneously promote Britney's, Linday's, and a multitude of melonin defecient individuals are arrested; they deserve their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty. The bottomline.... every is speculating as to the yet undetermined legal disposition in the matter. Additionally, the racists remarks of bigotry celebrating the inconvenience of a minority, or any individual for that matter, is insane and iggnorant. Perhaps the ATF, after attending court will find that their case weakens as the exploration of the evidence just may indicate that he is ligitmately falling wrath to inproprietary action by staff, although not even I argue that if he has committed a crime, it will be difficult for him to escape 'An Example Setting Sentence' - However, let's not forget, especially based on Martha and other CEO's who commit violent or non-violent crimes have a great deal of latitude in federal prison; and he will most likely still live better that mosr if not all of the racists bigots... Just think for the sake of the argument, his lawyers are able to get search warrant suppressed, the entire boatload of 'evidence' (aka alleged unregistered assualt weapons, and weapons in the vehicle will be thrown out) then you are left with a B.S. charge that a 3rd year law student could defend.... I wish all of you racist and bigots continue to feed your negative energy into a person who used it to become a self made millionaire in the same way that some of your forefathers have... except he is a talented musician as well and now can make millions legally.

206. T.I VS T.I.P WAS NOT JUST AN ALBUM T.I MADE FOR THE PUBLIC IT WAS A CRY OUT FOR HELP! IF YOU REALIZE THE LOST OF MR .JOHNSON HIS CHILD HOOD FRIEND IN CLEVELAND BRUNG ON ALOT OF ANGER AND REVENGE INTO T.I.P HEART. AS WE KNOW IN HIS ALBUM IN THE INTERLUDES HE BLAMES T.I. THE BUSINESS MAN THE ENTERTAINER FOR HIS FRIENDS DEATH AND THROUGH THAT IT CONVICTED HIM TO BECOME T.I.P. AND JUST LIKE T.I TOLD T.I.P IN THE INTERLUDE ALL T.I.P IS GOING TO DO IS GET US LOCKED UP! .SO GETTING TO THE POINT I WANT TO SAY EVERY ONE HAS TRIALS IN TRIBULATIONS JUST ON DIFFERENT SCALES . AND FOR T.I TO HAVE ALL THESE PEOPLE AROUND HIM THAT HE TAKES CARE OF AND KNOW ONE HEARD HIS CRY FOR HELP? THAT MEANS THAT REALLY WE AS FRIENDS FAMILY AND FOES NEED TO START HAVING EACH OTHERS BACK IN RIGHTEOUS WAYS INSTEAD OF JUST IN THE HOOD GANGSTER WAYS. AND ALSO T.I.P.s TRIAL OR TRIBULATION CAN BECOME A BLESSING THROUGH BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM THE ENVIRONMENT THAT HE WAS IN TO FIND HIS TRUE-SELF AND TO FIND GOD BECAUSE THAT IS BETTER THAN BEING A SUPERSTAR ANYDAY. SO TO FANS ,FRIENDS ,AND FOES AND ENEMIES OF T.I.s ITS IN GODS HANDS SO ALL YOU CAN DO IS PRAY. P.S. IF YOU REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO T.I VS T.I.P ITS JUST LIKE BIGGIES "READY TO DIE" AND TUPACS ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT HIS DEATH SONGS .BUT T.I. VS T.I.P.WAS ABOUT HE IS NOT AFRAID OF JAIL AND THAT HE CAN GET AWAY
