Country singer Gretchen Wilson behaved so badly on a recent flight to Los Angeles, American Airlines was forced to issue an in-flight citation and write up what the airline calls a "disturbance report." Redneck woman!
TMZ has learned that Wilson, who was traveling -- in coach!-- from Nashville to L.A. on Wednesday evening, became "belligerent, and verbally abusive" to staff when they asked her to put her dog back in its carrier case. Sources on the flight tell TMZ that a flight attendant attempted to discuss the situation in the back, but Gretchen responded with a pissed off "F**k you!"
Sources also tell us her group was drinking on board, and those privileges were also taken away. All jacked up indeed.
Guess the flight attendants were not here for the party.
A rep for Wilson was not immediately available for comment.

Gretchen doesn't understand life. She is notorious, for being nasty to fans and acts crazy. You'd think she'd be thrilled to have some $? Behave Gretchen! Be thankful!
hey heidi & spencer, yea ok, if u r such big stars, maybe in ur eyes, why were you in coach, and heidi why wasn't your pet in his carrier...ya know the belligerent, obnoxious jacka$$ that u are engaged to......does the jerk even have a job or is he another one who lives off daddy's money.....you ain't gonna last....no way...get off your high horse....face it girl...you couldn't handle your new job, that's really why you quit, don't flatter yourself girl....loser & loser.....as for gretchen, follow the rules next time, or u may land ur azz in the pokey, rules are rules for EVERYONE.....
Give me a break.....everyone knows that the glorified waitress is always throwing her weight around. Remember "Meet the Parents" really.......we all need to start bringing small video cameras on board so maybe these gals can get the boot. The last thing I need when I am tired and cranky.....is some yippy yappy servant trying to get me thrown off the plane. Give me my pillow, blanket, and bloody, and shut the up!
I have been on several flights where I have paid extra for my dog to fly in cabin. I don't agree with allowing a dog to run the aisle of the plane, but neither should kids. I do feel that my dog should be able to be out of his carrier in my lap or sitting at my feet. After all, he has a "paid" seat on the plane. My dogs have always been quiet and well behaved much moreso than many kids that have been on the same flights.
So, although I don't want any harm to come to children, my dog is considered my child to me. Uhm... I think someone mentioned flushing the dog down the toilet? What about those noisy, obnoxious kids? As for Gretchen being beligerant? Uncalled for!
Gina
No problem. She'll just head right to rehab. Problem solved.
Didnt know you could bring a dog into coach, other then that just sounds like some drunks trying to get on onto TMZ lol
Record sales must be way down.
Oh yea and I was on that flight too! lmao
Thanks for the comments that explained that AA allow small dogs on US Domestic Flights. It's not allowed where I come from and haven't travelled AA US Domestic for a while. "Putting your dog back in it's carrier" takes on a whole new meaning now.
As much as it sucks - Flight Attendants are governed by safety issues. I'm sure there are some that take it further than others but it would be a safety issue if a dog got loose. In the end you are 30,000 ft in the air and things go wrong. Toilet fires, galley fires. Hell I've even had a bomb. The aisles need to be kept clear. Airlines get sued a lot.
I know it's great to get the food, drinks and movies onboard but at the end of the day the Cabin Crew are there for safety reasons and that's their 1st priority. One drink in the air is the same as two on the ground because of the pressurized air in the cabin.
I doubt any animal without wings likes flying, inside the cabin or in the cargo hold. Their ears.....
I'm from Colorado Springs. We have a great country station here -- 96.9 FM on the dial. Last year one of the female DJ's, who has interviewed Wilson, said (on the air) that she found her to be one of the rudest people she had ever met. I guess her point is now being made with the situation on the airplane. I won't be buying any of her music in the future. What a spoiled brat!
REDNECKS DON'T YOU THINK YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW THE RULES?? YOU IDIOTS ARE NOT BETTER THAN ANYONE. AS SHE PUT IT: F--K U
Thanks for making country music look bad, Gretchen. You were allowed ot have your dog on board, but that was not enough. You just had to get it out of the carrier, when you know that is against the rules.
Let the hot air that has inflated your swollen head out and come back down to earth.
Pathetic!
Well ok point well taken by a few posts.
If the dog is well behaved and sits in it's seat or at it's owner's feet it would be ok with me, same with kids but neither can stink..Smelly adults are enough to deal with.
When my child did fly with me she was not allowed out of our area of seats to roam, nor should someone's dog be.
Some have to ruin everything though by taking advantage and having no consideration for others.
Why arent the effing dogs down in the luggage area anyway!!!!! I would sue the effing airline if I had to sit next to one of those yapping pieces of crap all the way to Hawaii!!!!! Then I would whip the owner ass as soon as he/she stepped off the plane for being so effing inconsiderate to the rest of us for being subjected to the yapping piece of crap. Where the freak is Michael Vick when you need him...worthless quarterback.....
CHEAP TRAILER TRASH...SHE ACTS LIKE SHES BIG TIME...THEN WHY COACH ON THE FLIGHT? MAYBE NEXT TIME SHE SHOULD PUT THE WHEELS BACK ON HER MOBILE HOME AND DRIVE. SAVE PEOPLE FROM LISTENING TO HER CRAP ON THE AIRLINES.
