Britney and Kevin Have a Surprise Custody Hearing

Surprise! Britney Spears and Kevin Federline had an unscheduled custody hearing today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Both attorneys were present in the courtroom, but would not comment about what they discussed, neither would a spokesperson for the Courts.

Last week, Commissioner Scott Gordon amended his original order and allowed Brit Brit to have one night a week of overnight visitation with her sons.

Both Spears and Federline must appear before the Commish on Oct. 26 for another hearing on custody.

I'm so sick of hearing about Britney Spears...I know she's going through a tough time with this whole situation, but I swear, the only reason K-Fed wants custody of her kids is so SHE can pay HIM child support, and he can once again have another women supporting his pitful non rapping, non acting, sack chasing behind!!!!!

15. Oh good... Britney finally decided to pay him off and get rid of him. I said a long time ago that she should just find out what the magic number is, pay him and tell him to get lost. It would be cheaper in the long run.
