34. #34, he did recieve them, if he did not, Brit would not have been allowed 1 overnite with the boys a week (he just didn't get them ahead of time,before the hearing last week). But yes, he does have them & also note she has been attending her parenting classes per Showbiz Tonite & Inside Edition. They stated the classes are in Malibu (where the boys live with Kevin), that's why the gas fill ups. Just stating what I heard on TV.

This is what is what gets me. Brit needs to pay him spousal and child support monthly because he is said to have "no income after expenses" and then he leaves a $600 tip??

41. People need to leave Britney alone. Honestly, everyone just wants to get the better story- but how about everyone just get a life?!

Leave her alone, the only reason people have been on her case is because she's making her own decisions now!

Do you honestly want to see her back in the uniform? And by the way, I don't think anyone in the world has the right to take someone's child away, sure she's done some not so parent-like things, but so have everyone else.

If you'd just leave her alone, keep her out of the news, and let her get back to what she does best (BTW, her performance wasn't that bad with her come-back) then everyone- including myself would have something better to talk about- like important issues. Let me give you a few examples.

1. War in Iraq.
2. Upcoming 2008 election.
3. Supposed staging of 9-11.
4. Ellen's dog issues.

Come on people, get over yourselves and leave the celebrities alone. would you like someone up your rear constantly- trying to make you look bad?

42. They were both known to use drugs before the custody hearings began. She was ordered to be tested and has passed, he was not tested and now there is some evidence that he is using.

Anyplace but California the Commissioners ass would be up for peer review and he would be removed from their case.

I say test them both and the first one to fail gets the hammer.
