Leave Iggy Alone!

It was inevitable -- the Iggy the Dog spoof on Chris Crocker.

With Ellen DeGeneres campaigning to get Iggy back into the home of her hairdresser, a guy by the name of Jubal is using YouTube to fight for the dog's rights. Leave her alone, she's a canine!

It's funny video, but Jubal doesn't have quite the same bite as his now infamous predecessor.

Jubal, Jubal, Jubal. You are THE best! Jackie and Bender would be nothing without you. Thank you for for bringing that certain "je ne sais quois" to Seattle, and now the nation!

While I don't agree that the dog should have been confiscated in that manner, the Humane Society and other similar organizations do specifically address in their adoption contract, that if, for any reason, one cannot keep the animal, it is to be returned to the organization and if a friend or relative wants to adopt the animal, they must do so through the organization, not the original owner.

I am a bit surprised by Ellen Degeneres. She knew her original broadcast would go in all directions and create the controversy it has. Her broadcast was highly dramatic and unnecessary. As powerful as she is, she would have been more successful working through her connections and other channels.

I am also a KISS listener in Seattle and find Juball Flagg's skit, not only appropriate, but entertaining. If you intentionally make an ass of yourself on national tv, expect to be made fun of.
