Lindsay Lohan's new rehabbarific boyfriend has a lot in common with Lindz -- he's been busted for DUI and drugs! Isn't it lovely that they're recovering together! Good for them!

TMZ obtained this mugshot of Riley Giles, who was pinched by the Summit County Sheriff in Utah for possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery or subterfuge -- in layman's terms, he forged prescriptions for the drug Xanax. Summit County Sheriffs tell TMZ he was picked up by officers in March of 2006. Oh, and by the way, Riley spent 10 days in the slammer for DUI too. Matches are made in the most unusual places!

Looks like we've locked up Hollywood's next "it" couple.

54. Just goes to show that even after 3 stints in rehab, and telling god and everybody that she has "changed". She also said that she has seen what she has done wrong up to this point. YET the rules STILL don't apply to HER, in her own lil mind!! How is that? Obviously she still has the drugging mindset going. She figures she can handle it. Who cares if the rules are that you aren't supposed to date after rehab. SHE is Lindsay Lohan!! Haven't you seen her movie "Just My Luck"??

Lindsay Darlin'...No dating for the first year..Chances of any sort of recovery are small for those that don't get involved but for the recovery newcomer they are a Big Fat 0 for those that get involved.. Do either of these children have sponsors, because I am sure the sponsor as well as the 12 step tables would blast both of them ..Sometime their is no common sense, at all... 10 years and still at it!!

56. I know this relatonship will go south very quick,for starters Riley is young and does not know what its like to live sober. He needs friends in recovery, and a sponsor he can talk to and do the 12 steps, befor he jumps into something that is far into the future, like a celebrity relationship. Big mistake.
