78. You know this woman has been gone for months. When are you all going to leave her rest in peace already? I know she was famous and all but this is out of control! Like there aint enough famous people who are still here on this earth that you all can dog out??? She did what she did weather she acted alone or not noone is ever gonna know the truth so why bother?? As for the doctors who gave her the meds that she should have never had in the first place it is all going to catch up to thier asses now. So I say let the cops deal with this and if they find reason to belive they caused her death then the judge & jury will give thier fate.

81. Outrage in California!

Once Governments start hunting Doctors, they attempt to bend the Law to seize records that are not pertinent to the basic inquiry. Time and again we've seen this happen to Doctors across the country; if you can't get them for one thing, try anything.

Any Medical Records of ANS could simply have been secured with a subpoena mailed to Drs. E & K, 8 months ago, like all other inquiries of a similar nature.

Now it's likely that Jerry Brown's guys deliberately snatched any and all records they could get their hands on, hoping something will stick with some patient(s) of either Doctor. Who knows how many private patients' records were seized by the State and whether or not the information in them will be kept private.

A significant chill will have set upon the Medical community in CA and many thousands of chronic pain/depression/anxiety patients will be forced to wait for a handful of specialists to treat their problems. Primary Care Physicians cannot afford the legal costs of fighting over-zealous governments.

83. why didnt someone do something when she was alive?????its to late now.....everyone knew that she was messed up and taking to much stuff, and howard knew it and let it happen he didnt care about anything but the money and the life that he was living, its such a messed up situation, that poor baby now has to grow up without a mother and when she is older she will find out how her mom died from an over dose, poor thing.....the search warrants are too little too late.....and as far as doctors suppost to know what you are taking, only if you tell them what you are taking, if you go to 3 different docotors for pills and one of the questions that they ask is are you taking anything every day and you say no then how is the other doctor suppost to know that you are or are not.....they cant know.....because you didnt tell them.....she needed help and no one steped up to help her, not even howard who says he loves her, what a joke, and he knew that the baby wasnt his, he just didnt want the kids money to go to larry.....it is a shame.....

85. i think what they found led them to believe that there is even a bigger part of the puzzle and that even more people are involved, like RR, LB, BARF, ETC.

they sure were anxious to cover for him.......... they quite possibly part of a bigger plot who thought thy could split $350 MILL.

INTERESTING HOW JUDGE SEIDLIN SAID HE WOULD NEVER TALK ABOUT THE CASE AGAIN.... (afraid he might trip himself up too? did they bribe him once they knew he was hearing the case?

OH YEAH, I COULD UNDERSTAND MORE WARRANTS BEING OUT THERE BASED ON PIECES OF INFORMATION THEY ALREADY HAVE IN THEIR POSSESSION.

Pink Lady, tune into life.
we are concerned because she didnt have to be.
this woman tried to get help on two occassions that we kno of and howard found her and insisted, forced her to take more drugs.

she could have been alive if it wasnt for a greedy person who thought if he kept her a drug addict he could take her money away from her and kill her and everyone would just let it slide as another addict who overdosed.

we are concerned because we dont let drug pushers, murders slide. we deal with them as they should be to discourage others who might try to do the same and most importantly, to respect the lives of the people they took.

Snidley and Dr. Ugly are going down.

Daniel and ANS would still be alive if it wasn't for those 2 villians.

Sometimes JUSTICE takes time. tick tock,,,,, tick tock ....... Talk about a " no brainer " .

89. I don't think this will go very far. Anna would have gotten drugs from someone, because she wanted them. This is not new. Elvis, Marilyn, and many more have had problems with drugs(altho most of the legal kind). I think it is useless to blame anyone. Anna and Daniel(altho their deaths were untimely and sad)were adults. Noone had to force anything on them...drugs, alcohol, or whatever. Their deaths were tragic "accidental" overdoses, and bad mixes of drugs...no more, no less. They need to be left ...to rest in peace.
