100. Someone need to be held accoutable for ANS and her son deaths. What could be more obvious as to who gave the drugs? There names were on the bottles and they were obviously large doses. There was also the infamous video of Mr. Stern taping ANS saying this would be a great story while she was all doped up. He stated that she was on a Mushroom Trip. God what more do they need? And her poor son who is responsible for his death? CPS? They knew the Mother was on drugs. She was on a Reality show for the whole world to see. Her son was also on the show while she was doing drugs and sex. Where was CPS then? Someone needs to be held responsible for her death and his. She may have taken the drugs on her own BUT she was given the drugs by her Doctor. I don't know about anyone else but I have a very serious Back problem (Spinal Bifada). Every time I go to get my refill if it's too soon they will not fill it. I'm just an every day average citizen. It's all about who you know and how much money you have. It is so easy in LA to get whatever you want. Just take a look at all the Actors that have over dosed and have no problem getting whatever they want. They need to go after the Doctors. That's my personal opinion.

102. When additional search warrants are issued, how long does it normally take to serve them? Why would this be published? Couldn't someone start hiding/disposing of incriminating evidence?

yawn, I agree with them looking into any doctor giving out that many med to anyone, But Calif is full of them so they should not only focus on this case because it is high profile.

That does not mean I agree Howard killed or will ever be charged with killing anyone. I hold the doctor to a higher standard and feel if anyone is charged with enabling a drug addict it should be the doctor(s).
