94. Lawyers with current bar membership in any state/s are considered officers of the court 24/7. Obviously, there's at least one dishonest one: Mike Nifong.
Lin Wood is well known, well respected and extremely brilliant. He's definitely not an attorney I would consider a liar. Yes, they're out there. Wood's not one of them.
No matter what, people will trash Birkhead, Stern, Arthur and probably Dannielynn.
How any of them live or get money is nothing to me. Dannielynn appears healthy and happy. That's most important, imo.
It sure appears that Eroshevich and Kapoor are the ones that had the biggest contribution to ANS's death. NO MD should in good conscience prescribe tons of pills and vats of methadone to anyone let alone a woman who was inconsolable after the death of her 20 year old son. Everything else is speculative.

95. No Barb, Kapoor and Eroshevich came later. Stern was there first. Stern injected Anna, and although you wont like it....Mark Hatton said he injected her too and he also said he is willing to take a lie detector test when he is free, with no expectations of anything but helping the truth.

It never ceases to amaze me how the passive/aggressive Sternoids try to blame everyone except Stern.

Now as for Moe. Kerry I am sure you will agree that Moe speaking on Access Hollywood is no surprise. He has been working with authorities all along. Does anyone really think Taz went on Greta for no reason? Did you read the transcripts on Tony Potts? Read between the lines. Moe said that there is talk Anna had been dead a long time before she was found. Is that a shock to me? Hell no!

Moe and Taz are locked in as witnesses....throw stones at them if you will, but you will all learn that they have co operated from the get go.

Stern is lying that Moe tried to sell the pictures. He is a desperate man and his team is working overtime to spin, but Moe took the memory card out of that camera....but not until long after Ford Shelley had already attested to seeing those pictures. Bottom line is they never got sold. Moe is the fall guy but this time the police know he did nothing wrong.

It's coming down....this is just the beginning. Lets see Howie and Larry tomorrow use the " sue " card against Moe. And lets see Moe swear it in affidavit, on a witness stand. Go Moe....you are the man!

I am a French Canadian coupled with an Egyptian. We plan on starting our family next Spring. What I am most looking forward to is the fact that our children will be speaking French, Arab, English and hopefully, German by the time they are 4. Wish me luck.

Also, I certainly hope you did not interpret the intent of my comment to express a view against a single father raising a child. Straight or Gay. Again, I ask, what's wrong with my comment. 98. Big Moe is upset HKS and Lin Wood called him a liar and a thief. It may be a miscommunication that the men can work out.

In a heartfelt interview, Big Moe accepts moral responsibility for ANS's death, and he feels HKS and LB should share in it also. Despite all, he still defends and protects ANS to this day against attacks that she was a 24/7 drug-addled pathetic person; remarkable.

In his way, Moe also made it clear he was not aware of gay sex or illegal drug use involving HKS & LB. He knows it's not dispositive, it's just what he knows.

This internet picture release flap will be resolved in due course. Moe is physically suffering from the continued stress of uninvolved people trashing his beloved ANS for their own enrichment without regard to common decency.
