199. You no if Brit wasn't famous she would not be going threw this!!! My husbands ex-wife is worse then everything they claim about Brit!!! She doesn't make my step-daughter go to school like she is suppose to... So bad that we had to go to court over it...Also she allows her to do things that no 14 years old girl should do.....Her older daughter was pregnant at 16......I have a 14 year old daughter that is an honor roll student....Who is in honor classes!!! So the problem lies with the mother, and we still can't get full custody!!! So why push Brit over the edge? I no that there is a price to pay for being famous, but come on...Leave her alone for a while!!! She is a real person too!!!!!

203. 171. She is getting a raw deal from this jerk. Britney has been very good since all this crap has started. This commish is not being objective and he is coming down on her hard because she is Britney when he should be looking at her as just another mother. While her behavior has been bizarre i never saw her children with her during this behavior. There is no evidence of neglect, no evidence of abuse and she has passed numerous urine screening so now there even isn't any evidence of a substance abuse problem. This whole case has become a circus. This commish has control of Britneys whole life and she has really stepped up to the plate to prove herself only to be screwed for something so asine. Had this been any other mother this would not even be an issue. I hope that Britney hangs in there and continues her fight. I hope that she pays no attention to you more morons who judge her so harshly. And when this is all said and done i hope that she spits in that commishs face.

i don't know about the states... but in Canada:

it is against the law to provide false or misleading information to court ordered testing or reviews etc.

the two tests she supposedly took, which the judge still hasn't seen the paperwork for and only has the lawyers word on, were two tests where she choose the time and place and then was tested.

the purpose of random testing, is to not have her pick and choose when she will be tested, but to do it randomly so she cannot prepare before hand, gives a more honest reading on whether or not she is doing drugs or drinking.

by giving false, misleading, or just plain not her own freakin number.. makes it so she cannot be randomly tested, one of the COURT ORDERS.

as well as the fact she is constantly out and about instead of home making it harder for the random tests to be done, or not even answering her buzzer when she is home, yet another avoidance tactic.

the commisioner did not tell brit to give the testing agency her former assistant's number, but her OWN, he doesn't want to know if the assistant is doing drugs or drinking.. he wants to know whether or not brit is.

it's been weeks, she has only taken two tests according to her lawyer, both on brit's terms and not randomly. that is a failure to comply to the COURT ORDERS, the judge commisioner then has the right to revoke her visitations.

there's no raw deal, or pettiness about it. it is the LAW. if you do not comply to court orders, you are considered in defiance and can be punished accordingly.

204. Give her a break. She worked hard her childhood years being pimped out to The Mickey Mouse Club, beauty pageants, talent shows ect, which led to her being famous as a popstar. All work and no play! Where was her childhood while her parents were pushing her to be rich and famous? Tell me they didn't profit from that. And now her ex doesn't want her, but still wants access to her assets through the children. It was her hard work and sweat that earned the 700,000 a month income she has now and brought those two babies into this world. Whether I care for her or not maybe she is just "BURNT OUT" and tired of being responsible and taking care of everyone else. SHE IS HUMAN!! She is watched and judged for what she does and it's a case of damned if I do and damned if I don't. Also K-Fed is wanting to suck money out of her for support. If she didn't have the fame, money and talent behind her to bring in more money, I wonder if he would want the kids so badly. At least when she had them she might have drug them around everywhere but they were with her and not with a nanny all the time, even though she could well afford one if she wanted one. He doesn't take care of the kids, the nanny and whoever else does. Brittany is just footing the bill. I'm sure she loves her kids but has anybody considered the fact that just maybe she has an anger issue and a little bit of rebellion in the fact that she is maybe just determined that K-Fed is not going to use her kids and the bad publicity from this issue to control her. If she had the kids nobody would be saying what a bad father he is because she has them instead of him. Why is it the mother is always criticised instead of the father in instances such as these. Give her some space and room to breathe. She needs help, counseling ,and time to heal. She does need some time for herself for once in her life without having to feel guilty about it. And as for the reporter that got his foot ran over it serves him right. Poor little dogs get run over in the street for chasing cars and being where they don't belong. THEY have a LEASH law. Too bad she didn't run over his HEAD and then his CAMERA too.

205. Where is her mom and sister. There for a while we seen pics of them together, all was right with the world. Have they gone back home? As a grandparent, I would show up at the hearings and try to get temporary custody until these two can grow up and put the interest of the children first.

206. We can all surmise that Brit does not want to take care of the kids--so why not leave them in a safer environment. If she feels they would be safer without her then SHE should make that decision, obviously right now she doesn't care what people think about her. I don't think she wants them back now, This phase/self destruction she's going through now will/can not last forever. Someday she will regret these decisions, but for now she is so messed up let the kids be left alone and in a safe place, NOT WITH HER.

208. I don't believe that with the frame of mind that Brittany is in right now, that she fully comprehends the longterm consequences that her actions will bring about. I truly believe she thinks she is ok right now and justified in her actions at this present time only to wake up one day and realize just how far out of control she has really become. Someday, and sooner than later I hope, I believe that she will come to her senses and WAKE UP and get some HELP. I believe that she is suffering from a nervous breakdown and is totally oblivious and in denial of a major problem in her mental health. However, until she is able to come to a halt on the emotional rollercoaster that she is on she is only on the path for more heartache for herself and her children and those closest to her that suffer along with her. If K-Fed ever really had any true love or regard for her, even if nothing else because she is the mother of his children, he would try and reach out to her and help her. He owes this much to his children for their sakes. Regardless of whether she is being a fit mother now or not she IS still their MOTHER and they love and need her. These are her children. They don't know the wrongness of her actions at their age. They only sense I'm sure in their own way that something is not right when they are with her. Her family and those close to her, the people that should know if she is truly being out of charactor or not, and should recognize if this behavior is typical of her or not, should not be turning against her but rather pulling together to get her the help and support she needs. If she doesn't realize she has a problem due to her altered mental status they should and they should do something about it before it is too late.
