124. It is enabling to have "compassion" when it is substituted for much needed correction. Spears is desparately in need of whatever, if anything, will force her to end her denial and take personal responsibility for her life. Clearly she would rather play games with the Court than to do everything necessary to secure visitation and custody of her children.
The Court's requirement that Spears adhere to the terms of the court order is not an absense of compassion. If she cannot do even these simple things she is clearly not up to the more complicated and more numerous demands of parenthood.
Spears is starring in a movie running in her own mind. However, in actuality it is the children who must be the priority. The children should be spared the slow emotional trauma being visited upon them by the self-absorbed Spears. The Court should end the drama and place the children with their father who apparently is willing to put them ahead of endless runs to the local gas station, Starbucks, fast food joints, tanning salons, and convenience stores. Britney Spears initials spell it out. She is complete BS.

Bottom line Britney is an addict. No one can help but her. I hear her mom wants her back in rehab, but she refuses. And until she admitts she's an addict and seeks help, she should not be around her kids. Period. The judge's decision was correct.

130. All you have to do is look on these blogs to see daily pictures of her holding a crackberry or talking on it. - she needs to give them her number. She thinks she is above the law. The more she resists compliance, the harder the judge will be on every detail of his rulings.

She is a spoiled, self-entitled BRAT who has absolutely no respect for authority. I don't care what the Britney lovers say to defend her, actions speak louder than words. Her actions show an emotionally stunted woman/child who is more concerned with being seen and photographed while she:

- Goes tanning
- Eats junk at the drive through
- Pees at the local gas station
- Drives around in circles with the paps following her like the Queen bee with her Drones
- Exposes her shaved private parts
- Blatantly breaks the law

than one who is trying to do whatever she can to be a good mother to her children.

Loving your children and being capable of providing a healthy and nurturing environment can be two entirely different things. I don't doubt she loves the boys, they are adorable. But the actual daily responsibility of providing them a stable environment - I just don't think she is capable of doing it.

Kevin is doing the right thing - the boys have a stable life with a routine. Its certainly better than what Britney offers them. Those boys are beginning to look terrified in the recent pictures. They don't understand and it scares them. Shame on her for putting them in that position and not protecting them, and shame on the photographers who don't have any respect for the safety and security of the little boys. It makes me sick. Look at the pictures of the boys with their father. They are riding in their toy cars with the nanny, looking very peaceful, happy and content. Who appears to be the better parent? I could care less if he smokes a little weed, who in Hollywood doesn't.

If they random drug tested all the celebrity parents today, how many do you think would pass?

Britney, on the other hand, appears to have much deeper problems and/or addictions. She is certainly in denial and is melting down right before our very eyes. She could be a very nice person but she is making amazing mistakes with the whole country watching. Good grief, its like watching a slow motion train wreck.

My heart goes out to those little boys. Her father needs to step in and straighten her ass out.

132. Stephanie.. The judge didnt abuse his power. Brtiney thumbed her nose at his orders b4. and HE STILL gave her overnight visits. It is Britney's responsability to provide proper contact info. The courts are not playing games when it comes to drug tests when there are children involved. My ex sister in law passed a few urine tests then the court ordered a hair folicle test, not once, but twice, and found double the amout of crack in her hair. She Lost her kids. And now has supervised visits. the judge is ruling what is best for the children, get over it

I am sure he did. The only reason for Ms. Brit to give a wrong number is to avoid the consequences of her actions. As such, she is not complying with the court order in place to protect the welfare of her children. How can this be described as "petty" ?
