The S**t Hits the Fan Over Crappy Idaho Artist

Thanks to one "Phantom Pooper" in Eastern Idaho, residents are all in a stink. The culprit has been dumping underneath a local bridge.


As if that weren't bad enough, the deviant thinks he's the next Picasso, and has been using his defecation to create hideous masterpieces -- and neighbors are tired of putting up with his crap.

Local news station KIDK 3 and law enforcement officials are hot on his trail.
