15. Kelly looks the best she has ever! She has her weight under controll and her figure is fabulous! Her sytle has always been her own and she has matured as a person. It shows in her clothing choices and so does the fact that she has always been so feminine! Her elegance is obvious. She is not a publicity whore like some of the girls on TMZ. She is WORKING!!
