17. Kelly looks the best she has ever! She has her weight under controll and her figure is fabulous! Her sytle has always been her own and she has matured as a person. It shows in her clothing choices and so does the fact that she has always been so feminine! Her elegance is obvious. She is not a publicity whore like some of the girls on TMZ. She is WORKING!! 25. I think Kelly looks better than she has in a while. I think she is comfortable with her body even though she isn't a size 2. I wouldn't call her a role model, but I think she must be getting her life somewhat together because she isn't on TMZ every hour on the hour (unlike BritBrit)
