348. I wonder what excuse she'll have for missing this appointment---other than being busy having her lips inflated, which heaven knows was a lot more important to her. I find it amusing that the anti-KFed camp keeps hollering that he "took" the kids from her for the money. Looks to me like she handed them to him on a silver platter. I can't wait for the hearing next week!! Wonder if she'll show up, if so, how late, and what stupid stunt she'll pull with the judge if she shows. It's a shame it's a closed court cuz I'm sure it would make for great entertainment. Anyway, the good thing is she may have to stay home for a couple of days cuz it didn't seem she wanted anyone to see her lips. Ah, relief!!

349. It's shocking to me, and I'm sure to many other parents, that a mother wouldn't fight for her own children. This seems to be the case for Britney Spears. It was amazing to me to raise my own child, and amazing now, to see everthing new again through my grandchildren's eyes. I'm sure most parents and grandparents feel that way. I feel so sorry for her boys. Though they will most certainly have all their material needs met, it's so sad that they aren't receiving any maternal love. Maybe, Kevin will re-marry and they will one day. I hope so. I can't imagine how Britney will explain to them why she didn't fight for them, - when theyr'e old enough to understand. I'm too old to have been a fan of Britney when she was younger, so I don't care anything about her career. She seemed to be a very talented child, back then. It looks to me that she is getting back in shape to go on tour. I certainly understand that, (I worked in a entertainment support industry for 25 years.), that's what she loves to do. As for the comments about her shaving her public hair, - all of the dancers that I know, do. It's just easier. It's because of the costumes they have to wear, nothing else. A lot of the comments have been about the paps following her around, and many of you write that they should stop. A better way for those of you who want to punish her, is to not buy her cds and videos. Don't buy tickets to her concerts. She would got the message loud & clear that you don't approve of what she's doing.

350. If K-Fed is drug tested and turns up positive where do the kids go? She has tested negative several times does she get them back.

The Judge used her drug use as the primary reason to take her kids away and then would be faced with the reality that she is testing negative and the person he gave the kids to is positive, can he be challenged to remove himself and/or is he subject to an ethics complaint??
